First time here tonight and will probably be the last. Ice cream was fine, but pricey for everything here. Also, the 2 guys, 1 by the board and the other that handed me my ice cream could have been friendlier.

So good and so fast in the drive thru, plus if more than one car is in the line, they'll come outside and take your order so when you get up to the window, you're good to go!!

Terrible experience. Extremely rude, they complained about us (while the window was open) about how they just cleaned the mixer etc. The long haired male employee and the blonde female employee need training in customer service. Also, no gloves were worn. Disgusting! One icecream wasn’t filled and the other was all over everything. They were “out” of peanut butter, and the male employee so kindly, threw the handful of icecream that was in his hand out of the window while telling us they didn’t have peanut butter. AGAIN NO GLOVES. Also the blonde female employee used her NOSE to turn on the blender. Extremely unsanitary.

Ended up in the ER after eating here Saturday. This location either has their phones silenced, or unplugged because they do not answer. What they do have is either dirty equipment or bad eggs. I was able to get ahold of home office and they directed me to leave a review about my experience on a page that said “We love our fans!”. No, I am not a fan of getting E. coli, or Salmonella, and being offered no apology or compensation, and being hung up on after a long period of silence from the worker on the other end of the line after a weekend of being violently ill.
The nutty waffle crunch with a hot fudge jack is the best!
