Worst Arby's in the country. Messed up my order, blamed it on me and the manager is horrible. When I first returned the food, they said I was at the wrong Arby's till I produced the receipt. I won't be back and you shouldn't go either. It's worth driving across town to the other Gallatin Arby's.
Worst service. Skimped on everything I ordered. Employee leaning up on the register looking into lala land. Employees throwing around the orders instead of just setting up on the counter. For now on the Nashville Pike location will get my service.
