The guy working front line tonight is touching the fries without gloves on. And they didnt even make our order they cleared it and had to be reminded that they were still needed
The 4 Stars was for them being out of sauce cups. Once I mentioned it, they did give me something to hold sauce in. And it was good!

Ordered a meal for dine in this afternoon. Employee that took my order was rude. Manager was unapproachable. Got my meal, as I was sitting there I was staring out window to parking lot. I noticed a male walking in holding a box of cheezit crackers. He proceeded to lick each finger as he entered building. The mortifying part, is that he is an employee and proceeded to go behind counter, begin serving food without washing hands.The roast beef on sandwich was extremely pink with green spots on it.

I ordered on line when I finally got my food it wasn't worth eating it was cold and the tea I had to pour down the drain it tasted like cigarettes was mixed in it one drink and I was gagging. The driver was supposed to hand the order to me I kept waiting for the person to call me so I could let them in the building call never came finally 20 minutes later. I got a text saying that my order was delivered. I looked outside my door there it set. This is very wrong. I can't get the Arby's to answer the phone call. I'm very upset about this.

The customer service was terrible and very unprofessional the drive thru lady couldn't even successfully ring up my order correctly and overcharged me and then rushed me out of the drive thru .I will never eat at that location again and if I wasn't a good person I would've had a few choice words for my experience.

The food wasn't really warm at all
Hot food is hot. Employees are friendly.
Went through the drive thru,Waited for more than 10 minutes for my food, nobody in front of me only 2 people inside. Finally got my order, ask for Arby's sauce and horsey sauce got none. Parked my car and went inside, no one at counter, girl in the back look straight at me, I said excuse me I didn't get my sauces when I got my order in the drive thru, she turned and walked away. Finally I got another girls attention, told her I needed both sauces, she grabbed a double handful and slammed them on the counter and said nothing, I took them and left, got to my car and no horsey sause, went back in, nobody at the counter again so I went and got some in the cups that you use in the restaurant and got my sauce.
I pay good money and expect decent food and service, this was the worst I've had and the worst attitudes I've seen in a long time. I expect more than this from Arby's since I have been a customer for a long time. Rediculious! I praise places that give good service but I'm going to tell the public on those that don't. Rant over!

Stopped by to purchase the ham and cheese sandwich. I usually don't complain about fast food but I have to say something about these sandwiches. I am so disappointed.
I'm posting what the sandwich is advertised to be. And then showing what we got.
Decent Ham and Swiss but the fries and the sandwich were a little colder than normal. The lobby was super clean and the crew very friendly. The 2 for $7 pricing is what keeps me coming back to these establishments. It's hard to pass up.
