I have always loved Arby's. The beef and cheddar is my favorite and has been for decades. Today I got the limited time crispy fish sandwich. So good! Premium fish and way better than M. I also got the macaroni cheese bites and I have to say I'm disappointed with them. Not much flavor. I expected them to be great but was let down. If you like fish sandwiches then you need to try them before they are gone.

HORRIBLE FOOD!! I SPENT 51.00 ON JAN. 27th at 5:30 pm. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD, OLD FRIES, HALF THE MEAL ORDERED WAS MISSING FROM THE BAG, AFTER I ASKED HER IF IT WAS ALL THERE. HAD TO GET OUT OF CAR, IN THE RAIN AND WALK INSIDE TO GET THE REST OF FOOD!!!! I AM SO PISSED OFF! LAZY, INCOMPETENT, UNDER TRAINED EMPLOYEES!!!!

Not sure, but I don’t think burgers are sold anywhere looking this pink. I was told when I called the burgers come medium - this is NOT medium. This is raw. The outside is browned, but the inside is pure pink. It was an attitude of not wanting to help when I called. They had to ask the manager what can be done — Replace the order! Simple. Cook the food properly. I doubt the Dept of Health, local or State, would say this is properly cooked.
Do you all ever take cards. The last three times we have been there you only accept cash. All three times it has been at night time almost like you all are too lazy. Time for new management!!
