The guy at the counter was nice. He checked in the back for a certain flavor even when we didn't even ask him to. The lady that checked us out on the dunking side was nice too, and helped me figure out baskins excruciatingly frustrating app payment system. They were great. But what WASNT great was that most of the flavors weren't labeled, the freezer was a mess of ice, with freezer burnt ice in some of the ice cream. Could use a good melt and clean. All the ice cream was sat weird in the freezer like the holders were broke. Do better guys. Ice cream and smoothies with spot on delicious though.

To piggy back off my husbands, who stated he believed the worker quit. 6:30 on a Friday night!!
When we entered the place was empty. One worker in Dunkin side and one worker in BR side. Out of the 20 something icecream flavors maybe 5 max were labeled. When I asked what a flavor was the employee replied with only “ I don’t know” and was just super stand offish. We finally did order without knowing what flavors we got and went to sit outside. While walking out another couple was walking in and the employee then loudly says “they just keep coming in” . The couple stood at the counter while we ate outside and soon the employee walked out and sat at the few tables and made a phone call. While we were eating our ice cream 3 other families came in and no one ever when to the BR counter to help the now 4 groups at the counter. When we were leaving probably 15 minutes later, the Dunkin employee was walking over to take ice cream orders.
It was just a super uncomfortable atmosphere!!! Only positive was the kids did enjoy their ice cream!

I just went through the drive-through and a lady over the speaker. Tried to tell me they don’t serve chocolate ice cream. I’ve been coming to Baskin-Robbins my whole life and have always ordered chocolate ice cream. I said so are y’all just out for today or what and she goes” ummm well pretty much.” Not good customer service and I know they serve chocolate ice cream??!

Upkeep of the store was questionable. The place was poorly lit, and the cleanliness in some areas was questionable. The worker inside looked and sounded rather tired. Good ice cream though

I ordered a cake online for my daughter’s 9th birthday…. never got a confirmation email but charged my card. I called this place 5+ times and no one ever answered the phones. Once it was my pick up time per the online order, two girls working there said they didn’t have the cake and wasn’t even in the system. After showing receipt via bank account with THIS address they all the sudden said it was 15 mins away from being dropped off there. Pick up time was 2:00 and cake still not delivered until 4:15. No call or email to notify of delay. The two girls working on 3/16 around this time, extremely rude and unwilling to be helpful… it’s like they were so bothered that someone even came in at all. Overall terrible experience.

I worked, as a cake decorator, at the BR close to Rivergate for close to 10 years. We were expected to give our customers excellent customer service, keep our store clean and neat, and the ice cream looking appetizing and free of ice. Obviously, this is not the case at the Baskin-Robbins in Gallatin TN.
Two of my grandchildren and I went to this location recently. 2 girls were behind the counter when we entered. As we entered, one went to the Dunkin side and the other just stood behind the counter looking as if she hated her life. We had a hard time deciding what ice cream to choose, as about 75% of the ice cream was either covered in ice from the ice cream scoops or had frost from the sides of the freezer. I told the employee that I came in wanting some baseball nut but no way I could eat it with all the frost on it. Her response was a shrug of the shoulder and hmmmmm. My grandchildren each got a scoop of rainbow sherbet with sprinkles. I had to wipe the table off myself as they were dirty.
The employee on the Dunkin side was as enthusiastic as the girl on the BR side. I ask about the donuts and was told that they were out.
As we were leaving, I asked the girl, on the BR side, who is the manager. Her response was “I don’t know”. I asked who owned that location and got the same response.
Needless to say this was a very disappointing experience!

To the employee with redish hair with tattoos on her hands ..you have a Nasty attitude and a seriously lazy work ethic. Apparently you don’t understand giving customers attitude for having to do your job isn’t good customer service it just shows how much you wish we were not in the store and you obviously don’t appreciate your job. Message to management, it’s time to move on with this employee. We witnessed 4 customers leave your store after waiting forever to be not be served.

This place is gross. AC was broken and they have the doors open and there's flies all over the food and you have kids managing the store. The kids even said the building is falling apart and said you should never eat the food from the dunkin side. Several times we have came by and the store will close hours early and no sign on the doors and it's always dirty. Go to the Hendersonville location if you want to not die from food poisoning. I sent pictures and video to the health Inspector of the flies on the food and the state of the restaurant.

As a food service worker, I understand the stress of having to juggle pickups and in-shops, especially while understaffed. However, there were no other in-shops, just me. She continued to ignore me so I ended up leaving without getting anything, which is a huge bummer.
