Had a wonderful experience at Black Elm off Long Hollow. Cuban coffee was delicious, service was great, and there was a surprising amount of space to sit. A great location to relax and read, or even get some work done. This will be a regular stomping ground for me as I write my novel.

Walked in feeling chatty after a run. I’m visiting family in the area for Labor Day and Aiden and Emily were a pleasant presence and were willing to go through a menu of recommendations based on my inquiry. Aiden recommended an Airicano (sp?) and it was a fantastic drink and the espresso had a wonderful flavor. Happy to visit daily while I’m in town.

I love both the Hendersonville and Gallatin locations! We switched from a larger chain company for our weekly Monday coffees because Black Elm is so delicious and affordable. The workers are helpful in picking out new drinks and they’re great spots for a quick date or collaborative work session with a friend. Tip: Ask for your food to be warmed up a little extra when you order. ✅ The Cuban and breakfast burritos are scrumptious!

My wife and I just finished getting a minor surgery done on our newborn. We needed a little pick me up for the hour drive back home. Both of us were exhausted, and the staff was patient and kind. I greatly appreciate the young lady who helped me. We enjoyed our coffee and food! Also, the Nitro was excellent, currently top 3, all-time time for me 😀
