I love the food but the service was horrible and my shoes literally stuck to the floor because it was so sticky and dirty when they just opened at 10:30. I don’t think I will be in a rush to come back if I do. Too many other choices in Gallatin now.

Food is good but a little pricey. Pretty ridiculous to get a pound of pulled pork and two 3oz containers of BBQ sauce. How it that supposed to be enough for 6 sandwiches?I understand that you can purchase more sauce but practicality is a must. If you’re giving one 3oz container for someone who gets one sandwich, why you’ll a pack of 6 get only two???

Brunswick stew should be called Watery Vegetable soup. Tasteless. Please mop floor in dining area. If I were the owner, I would be concerned about my investment.

My husband and I have been eating here for years now we love bucks. Buyt the last few times we've had horrible customer service from a black woman, she's always rude, refuses to let us use the BBQ sauces on the tables in the dining area. Says she will have to charge us for it. I hope you get this rude woman dealt with, because I don't want her ruining bucks for us.

This place is hands down the grossest place I've ever eaten at. The service is great, unless you're talking to the manager who is too busy mistreating his staff to address any concerns. The food, however, tastes like it's made in the garbage can and stored in the sewer. Not worth it.

The food was excellent. Fall of the bone ribs, excellent pulled pork, and we even ordered extra cornbread to go. Only reason it wasn't a 5-star is the floor was super sticky.
If you purchase food here for a function I suggest you inspect your order. They break down the buns in smaller packages with no date. The buns we received for our church function was molded. Did not notice till some had already eaten. I was mortified. Very dissatisfied customer.
