My wife and I have been dedicated customers to the Gallatin location. The new servers are not cutting it. Girl took my beer order and never came back. After 15 minutes I went to the bar for service. If this is the new way, we won’t be back.

Walked in tables where all dirty and half the dinning room empty. Was waiting awhile before being greeted by a staff member. After being greeted by a staff member was told going to be a 15 to 20 minute wait. After 35 minutes sit wasn't sat at a table, so we left and went somewhere else. There was 5 maybe 6 servers on and they barely can handle the space. It wasn't even busy other than a 13 top, and few 2 to 5 tops.

Servers and barkeep are vert inattentive as the last 3 times I have gave them my phone number to add to rewards and they didnt. Wings are no longer those nice plump wings, very skimpy.

If you've been to one BWW, you've been to them all. You know what exactly you are going to get. It's consistently slammed, and the team does a good job at getting people in the door and their food/drinks in a reasonable time. The staff generally have positive attitudes and wait on you quickly.

Previously our experience here has been mediocre at this establishment. I’m not sure what has changed, maybe new management but our service tonight was spectacular. Our server Chloe was wonderful and so kind.
Orders mushroom swiss burger and the grease over powered the taste not much flavor. Husband ordered the patty melt said it had no flavor wings were great as usual.

Honestly, I was so excited to get buffalo wild wings. And I will never be back here. Between the fact they can't answer the phone to place an order, to having to place it online and realizing I can't put in a request for the burgers I bought to have all the toppings on the side, and trying to call them SIX times and no one answering. Then I go in to pick it up, hoping they hadn't finished the burgers so I can request the toppings to be on the side with out inconveniencing them, but it didn't work out that way. The girl said they made them already and can't remake them, so I asked that they either remake them or just refund the whole order, and I'll go somewhere else. They finally remade it. While waiting for them to remake them, she kept peaking out laughing at me as well as her co workers peaking out and chuckling and saying things under their breath. Honestly, I am very very disappointed. To add to the mess, they didn't even give me all of my toppings, but by the time I asked and she said they gave me everything, and that they aren't giving me what I said they didn't put in there I was done being around them, and didn't feel like proving they didn't. 100% do not recommend this location unfortunately.
