Honestly, I was so excited to get buffalo wild wings. And I will never be back here. Between the fact they can't answer the phone to place an order, to having to place it online and realizing I can't put in a request for the burgers I bought to have all the toppings on the side, and trying to call them SIX times and no one answering. Then I go in to pick it up, hoping they hadn't finished the burgers so I can request the toppings to be on the side with out inconveniencing them, but it didn't work out that way. The girl said they made them already and can't remake them, so I asked that they either remake them or just refund the whole order, and I'll go somewhere else. They finally remade it. While waiting for them to remake them, she kept peaking out laughing at me as well as her co workers peaking out and chuckling and saying things under their breath. Honestly, I am very very disappointed. To add to the mess, they didn't even give me all of my toppings, but by the time I asked and she said they gave me everything, and that they aren't giving me what I said they didn't put in there I was done being around them, and didn't feel like proving they didn't. 100% do not recommend this location unfortunately.

The waitress was very nice but the wings was not good. I think they was cooked in a dehydrator. For the price id give it one star but the service made up for that. Two beers and 6 wings a side shouldn't be 45 dollars!

Worst service in the Big 2025 waited over a hour and never got asked what i wanted to eat so i had to order online and they gave games from 2024 on the tv.

Would not go back. Food was not the best yet we paid fine dining prices. 2 drinks 30 dollars. Paid over 100 just to get some hot wings and a couple drinks.

I’m not sure where they are ordering their wings from, but these are definitely anorexic chickens. I paid $60 for 30 wings and wedges. The carrots are the same size as the wings. It’s been like this the past couple times we went. We won’t be back. The only reason I put two stars instead of one is because the service was fine. The food is terrible though. Very disappointed. This used to be one of our favorite places to go!

I did the bogo boneless Togo I was supposed to get two orders one was 10 boneless bbq then the free 10

Then I got 5mild5bbq order that as the bogo but when I checked the bag I didn’t get it then I tried to call up there and they don’t answer the phone smh

Ordered grub hub delivery and did not get our entire order and the sampler platter nachos had NO cheese!. The delivery driver said to call the restaurant. Tried to call the restaurant and they didn’t answer the phone until about 10 tries! Called customer care and they only took a report and was NO help! Nobody took responsibility to resolve the issue. When I finally got someone to pick up the phone, he said I had to come pick up the missing food! That’s NOT what I paid for! When I asked for the manager, he said I couldn’t talk to him because he was busy in the kitchen! Wow! Total customer service fail! Just because the order is placed through a delivery service, it doesn’t release you of responsibility to take care of your customer!

Went in around 6 and found that dining room was closed. Only two servers in the whole place. Took forever for the host to decide where to seat a table of seven. Several orders of boneless and all were shorted. Some of the tables food came out cold.

Order through Uber eats. No ranch or any sauce at all for our cheese curds and wings. We had no ranch at home so had to eat plain wings. How do you forget to put ranch in the bag? Disappointing.
