We did not care for April the bartender. Love Alex & Chyna. Never had any problems with either of them. April had our tabs so screwed up, as she was trying to rush us out of there after watching basketball, because she was tired and ready to go home at 9:15. 🤷🏻♀️

Not a fan of those big fatty wings. When u order takeout always have to wait til someone decides to come out to take your order or bring your food if you ordered online or by phone.
It was delicious and fast! I got my food to go, and every employee I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Pretty good I like the sampler plate the waitress was super nice but didn't hover stopping by quite a few times to check on us bathrooms were clean the only thing they did have was soccer but I guess I could have asked 😅

The food is what you expect from BWW but while having lunch at the bar the bartender was more interested in talking to some guys and coworkers at the other end of the bar. It'll be a while before we feel compelled to go back.

My wife and I have been dedicated customers to the Gallatin location. The new servers are not cutting it. Girl took my beer order and never came back. After 15 minutes I went to the bar for service. If this is the new way, we won’t be back.

Walked in tables where all dirty and half the dinning room empty. Was waiting awhile before being greeted by a staff member. After being greeted by a staff member was told going to be a 15 to 20 minute wait. After 35 minutes sit wasn't sat at a table, so we left and went somewhere else. There was 5 maybe 6 servers on and they barely can handle the space. It wasn't even busy other than a 13 top, and few 2 to 5 tops.

Servers and barkeep are vert inattentive as the last 3 times I have gave them my phone number to add to rewards and they didnt. Wings are no longer those nice plump wings, very skimpy.
