The food that we received that was correct was good. We had ordered online a 20 piece traditional box that should have been half lemon pepper and half salt vinegar dryrubs. What we received were 20 wings with the dry rubs in a container. After speaking with the manager , we were told that they frequently get orders for a DRY RUB in a cup and not on the wings.

Food is great and such a great manager named Joan who had an incel waving his finger at her which she dealt with such grace. She is such a sweetheart.

Joan, the manager, calls you sweetheart while defending a policy that customers aren't informed until the bill comes.1. Order a burger and say I want Mac and Cheese instead of the fries.2. Order comes... Burger and Mac/cheese... all good.3. Bill comes. 14.99 PLUS 4.49 for Mac/cheese.what??? I subbed Mac and cheese for fries!!! (expected an upcharge, but charged for full order of mac and cheese)Manager insisted this is proper and most customers understand that they can't key in another side as an upcharge, so all customers therefore pay for the full price of the substituted side... and DON'T GET THE FRIES."Most customers understand this. The fries are used for something else." -JoanEven worse, she kept using the word "sweetheart" when referring to me, which was very demeaning, as a single father just trying to understand the bill in logical, mathematical terms.

Idk what happened but this place has really sunk. Go to Double Dogs or Wingstop. Hell go to Krogers go home thaw them out, and cook them. It would still be faster than getting served here.

Buffalo Wild Wings! The greatest place where you can get barely warm food that's made fresh to order 40 minutes before your pickup time!The boneless wings were atrocious and slimy, the bone-in wings were supposed to have a dry rub and had the consistency of a skeleton in the desert that had been picked clean of 95% of it's meat (mind you this was also a $15 order just for 10 of them), the salad tasted like lettuce left in the sun after three hours and was by no means edible.Needless to say no matter the amount of hatred I could have for another person I could never serve them this atrocity.BWW had decent food, I know Covid caused some issues but I don't think at least quality checking before it's handed off to the people should be one of them.The staff was pleasant though.

Good service but got stuck with a new person with no experience. Got a bunch of wings and sauces. I thought they didn't charge for sauces. Turns out they do and the waitress never told us until after when we got the check. We asked why we got charged for sauces after she said I don’t know.

The waiter bless her heart was swamped and was so swamped she was stealing time from customers to help the ones coming in. She had great advice on the food selections and the reasons y. The food was not so good the chicken wings was small had good flavor but hardly any meat. The drink I ordered couldn't taste the alcohol. Overall I'd rather spend my money on a place that has better quality
Wings were a disappointment. Have had better in the past at another location. Probably won't be back.

Got an appetizer, added chicken on the chips, and the chicken and cheese was cold. I had to send it back... plus, it never fails they bring out the appetizer out with your meal... I'm not sure if they know how it is supposed to work... this isn't the first time I have been disappointed at this restaurant. Sometimes, it will take 5 to 10 minutes to get served after being seated.
