I pulled in to the drive thru and literally had to jump the curb bc it isn't wide enough for a full size truck. Then I ordered my food, got it and left. I should have checked my bag bc I didn't get one of my burgers. It wasn't worth going back to let them know.

This is the slowest service of any Burger King I've ever been to in my life. I like Burger King but frequently go next door to Taco Bell because it takes so long to get your food here. I've sat in the drive thru for over 25 minutes before. As I'm typing this, I've been in the drive thru again for over 15 minutes. What's worse is there's only two cars here.

Honestly, it's really hit or miss here. I would suggest going at the peak times when they're the busiest if you have time to wait. Otherwise, the food is guaranteed to be cold.
Overall, this place is slow!!! They need better training or better help! Goodness, I won't be going back here again! BK has been awful for years. I see why!!

Cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been in. The lady who took my order was extremely friendly, and the young woman who took her place was just as nice to the people that she worked with. The floor had just had a deep cleaning and all the tables were clean, no trash anywhere. Very well done

The last time we went. They were out of Onion rings. Placed order through the app and picked up in drive thru. Did not know they were out of the Onion rings till picking up order. The employees were very friendly and explained the situation. The offered to exchange for another food item. But we wanted the Onion rings lol. So we were easily able to request a refund through the app. The employees are always very friendly and if I have my kids with me when picking up our food. They ask how many, and give them the little crowns. Always a good experience.
Rude, very rude staff. They embarrassed me in front of a whole crowd one night just because I didn’t even know what to order out of the menu. I had never gone there but now I will never go back. They don’t need any new business at this terrible fast food place!
