First time going over a year since the food was abysmal the last handful of times I went. I got coupons in the mail and thought maybe the staff has changed and the quality would be better... I was sadly mistaken.. The fries were luke warm bordering cold and tasted off, the burger I ordered had enough mayo for 6 burgers (I wish that was hyperbole...), and even after waiting over 10mins for the food the drive-through staff forgot part of my order, and I had to park and go in.Honestly at this point I think this burger king either needs to get gut and re-done / re-staffed or get put under management that will run it better. It's a lost cause. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else to eat.

THANK YOU BURGER KING ON NASHVILLE PIKE! Y’all literally saved the night! The tornado that came through northeast Nashville hitting the Hendersonville/ Gallatin area and disturbing power in almost all areas. I really want to say thank you for still being open and having power and serving everyone that came rushing in! I know it’s not what any of the employees expected nor people in the area. I know it was a rough night and you powered through it. So again thank you! Especially Debbie the AGM, she voiced to everyone to be patient including her team and encouraged them to hold it together! Thank you, thank you!

Just don't go here. At breakfast you better want a sandwich or they don't have it. The sandwiches are cold. The staff have no customer relations experience or attitude. The building needs repairs. The manager comments about the table being dirty, but her and the staff don't bother cleaning, they just sat chatting with a friend. Actually, they just need to close this location 841 Nashville Pike, Gallatin Tn.

I love the food but they are always so slow there is like 2 people in line and it takes like 30 minutes. The area is so dirty the tables and the floor even there ice isn’t working… just go to chick-fil-a or McDonalds at this
