the food was disgusting. The way the customers acted were also disgusting, as they were messing with their hair ex. putting someone’s hair up into a pony tail most likely getting hair everywhere, and it was in total disgusting

My wife & I visited here for lunch today for the first time & we'll definitely be back again! We've driven by here for years & today we decided to stop off & see how they were. From the great service of our server Omar to their awesome food we loved it all! We both had one of their lunch specials, the amount of food was so much for us that we have leftovers for supper! THANKS Omar & the rest of the staff and management of Cancun Lagoon Mexican Restaurant in Gallatin, TN for making us happy customers!
They are in the process of regaining their liquor license. We really wanted a margarita so we left.

Tip amount was changed on both myself and my friend’s cards without our permission. When I went in person to contest charges, receipt conveniently went missing. Will not be returning to this place nor their taco truck. You can find honest service and better tasting “authentic” Mexican food in Gallatin.
