Yes, another Captain D's. We ordered a 3 piece fish and a sampler. We have zero complaints about the presentation (paper plates stacked very full). All the dishes were fresh. Cole slaw was moist and crunchy. The fish was done correctly and the batter was cracklin' good.

Not too many times today do people take time to give good reports, but I have one. I have been to this store many times and I want to say how much service and quality of food has improved since Jessica has been there. I also want to give a high 5 to Merissa for assisting me and getting Jessica to hear my concerns for poor service that was with the previous management. Jessica addressed the issue in a professional manner and I would like the general manager and upper management to know that they have a good caring and professional employee in Jessica. It also shows that she has trained the front counter staff well in the assistance I received from Marissa.

The fish has a weird sponge texture, but the shrimp are good.
The place is not clean the restrooms did not have any toilet paper with ladies restroom no soap the employee came out of there and went to the kitchen don't know if they washed your hands or not.

I pulled up at 9:30 in the drive thru and ordered a family meal, not knowing they closed in thirty minutes. Yet despite that the service was fantastic! The food was freshly made and piping hot! Zee and Nesha where chill about the situation and got me my order correctly and with a smile. I will continue to go back for sure.
