This location is filthy. The trash can smells of vomit and almost every table is dirty. They appear to be understaffed which seems to be a constant issue. Several employees just standing around and not working when they could be helping the front counter. Iām not sure I will be coming back.

Wow! This is by far the best Capt Ds in Tennessee. Everything, including the Hush Puppies, was blazing hot. Service was friendly, fast, and attentive. The dining room was very clean. A completely different experience compared to other locations.

I have been to this location a couple of times and things seem to be running on a razors edge, where if anything out of the ordinary happens, the wheels are just going to fall completely off and it's a train wreck. I am pretty understanding, patient and don't generally complain much, but you all need to seriously do better. The portions are so scrimpy these days! The pieces of fish used to be 4 times the size that they are today. Yesterday I ordered a meal to eat there, it was boxed up with cold fries, cold green beans and no hush puppies. The fish was hot, the chicken and shrimp was cold. I ordered an additional 12 garlic butter shrimp, the shrimp were so so small mostly batter, couldn't even tell you were eating shrimp! As the only place in town that I can think of that serves fish you should strive to do better, it's not a license to rip people off! And you were out of sweet tea how dare you, this is the south!

Spent almost 60 bucks on a door dash order, and didn't get half of what I ordered. Then called to voice my complaint and the girl on the phone was rude, and hung up on me. Last time I'll spend any more money at this establishment.
Food was good but the service sucked, I remember back in the day we had 3 minute or less serving times now it's seems 5 minutes or longer and they don't care either way.

I have been visiting this location at least once a week for the last few years. I bring my patient who is a special needs adult because she loves your catfish, fries and coleslaw. Every time we visit we are both greeted warmly, the staff knows our order by heart, always goes the extra mile to ensure we are taken care of in a timely manner, and they always make sure our order is perfect; which it is every time. I want to give a special shout out to one of the managers, Z! She is an absolute rockstar! I was a retail executive for over 25 years and I just want Captain Dās to know that having an employee like her is priceless! Everyone under her direction is cheerful, friendly, and they hustle to take care of the customers. Very impressed!! I wish I could give 100 stars!
