Pulled into the drive-thru around 5pm there was about 8 cars in front of me which I didn’t mind being this small town is growing rapidly. Before pulling off from the drive thru it was still 3 cars in front of me and 5:47pm. As I’m passing by I see through the window a lot of younger employees playing around. Hopefully management sees this and will work to make things right but that was beyond ridiculous having to wait that long in a drive thru.

The fish is raw and spoiled called in to the store and the manager wanted to replace the fish and made excuses saying that the regular fish they use is out of stock. Like why would I want more fish if it stinks and is raw in the middle?

Went to captain ds in gallatin last night ordered the 10 pieces family pack with green beans, macaroni, cheese sticks & a shrimp skewer, then when got home me and my husband started eating the fish was not done and smelled spoiled so I called the manager he told me to write his name at top the receipt bring in the next morning & my money would be refunded which was $48.63 so I did & the general manager told me they could not refund my money but offered to give me more fish after eating spoiled fish the night before which made me sick as hell, I'm a business owner myself & this is not how u do customers when it comes to bad service, u either place it if the customer don't want it replaced u give there money back especially something of that price, I loved captain ds but I will not be going back now at all
