Truly a wonderful place to eat. Me and my date literally stopped mid conversation and said wow! This is fantastic the service was wonderful as well. If you are in the area eat there you will not be disappointed! I left over 20 percent tip still feel they could've deserved more. Thank you for a truly wonderful lunch experience! Will most definitely return

Kid-friendliness: The staff always ate good about getting food out fast, I think that kids can easily come because the staff are ??.

We love to come for lunch with our pups and sit outside. The staff is so friendly and the food is great. We have been here several times and always delicious. Margaritas are delicious and a great selection of beers.

I see this place packed all the time and the staff are all nice. I’ve ordered to-go from them three times and each time the food was bland. No flavor. Which is surprising for a Mexican restaurant because their food is known for its rich and bold flavors. The last thing I ordered was a chicken enchilada, and it had food paper in it. Maybe I will try them again in the future but I’m in no hurry.

Casa Agave has been our go-to Mexican restaurant. We have been to most all of the local Mexican restaurants, and this is one of our favorites.

We had an impromptu birthday celebration here after visiting Gallatin for a volleyball game. The pictures of the queso with chorizo and jalapeños is what reeled us in but everything was fantastic! Israel was our server and he did a wonderful job taking care of our party of 10. My husband and I shared the Molcajete fajitas (in video) and it was incredible! If you ever decide to open another location please consider Murfreesboro!!

Not friendly, slow service. Wait staff were not at all friendly. The drinks weren't refilled without asking. We had a group of 10 and it was a disappointing visit. Won't revisit this establishment.

Took a chance and tried this place for the first time, and unfortunately for us it will be our last as well.
Atmosphere - the inside is nice and feels clean, but it was so unbelievably loud. There is some outside dining for those who need that in their life, and there’s a full bar with seating.
Food - we ordered the carne asada and the chilaquiles. The carne asada, like everywhere else in Tennessee it seems, was a cheaper cut of meat cooked on the flat top but they did cook it well and it was tender, so that one was a win! The beans were the best part of the meals. The chilaquiles, however… hard pass. Try literally anything else. It was 100% overcooked. It was way too mushy with dry chewy chicken. The complimentary chips and salsa was also a miss for us.
Service - our server was super nice! But my meal was completely forgotten. My husband finished his plate entirely and we had to call the server over and let him know I’d been missed. He was apologetic but didn’t even offer to take it off the bill. He also did not stay up on the drink refills, and it didn’t look like he was in the weeds. It was just awful service with a smile. I suspect my plate had been forgotten and then microwaved way too hard which just made a bad situation worse.
Please understand, this was our experience. Your experience and your tastes may be completely different and I will always recommend trying a place for your own opinion. I am originally from Utah and spent a couple years in California, so I’m always looking for that more authentic flavor and atmosphere, and this just ain’t it. People seem to really like it and it was pretty packed. If you are originally from here and you like most of the places out here, you will probably like this one.
