Best service around. Quick service. Consistent food they are known for. Stop every chance I can. Always clean. Parking can be tight but what Chick-Fil-A isn't due to their business.
They had one person taking orders during a busy time so it took much longer to order than it should have. None of the staff seemed that put out that there was a huge queue.

Great people , but the order accuracy isn’t close to Glennbrooke’s. I’ve had many instances of them forgetting something, I’ve called and they always agree to make it right on my next visit. My issue is with order accuracy they have when delivering the food in the drive through, not the employees taking the orders. Through many transactions I witness the young people delivering the food are always distracted in conversations about teenage stuff. I get it, I operate multiple restaurants and understand how this can be a challenge, but nearly every time I’m picking up food I have the same problems and observations. One example Is a young man was scared at the sight of a patrons dog and ran inside, only to return and grabbed our food and delivered it. Completely wrong order , but that is just one example. Another was a young lady was going into vivid detail about “giving him his ring back” and they forgot my kids food. We spend more money here than I would like to admit, but it’s gotten to the point where I feel like this review is reasonable and justified. Management needs to put a laser focus on order accuracy and attentiveness. I will give them another chance in a few months, until then, I’m going to brave the traffic and chaos that is Glennbrooke for the time being.

Very cold and uncomfortable experience inside the dining room this morning. 8am Jan 21,2025. Spoke with a manager about it, who was very cordial and informed me that the heaters were on and were working. However, not according to myself & multiple guests and some of the staff who absolutely agreed it was very cold in that dining room. Won't be back to Chic Fil A on cold days... There are plenty of other restaurants here in Gallatin Tn with actual heated dining rooms. The food is always good here, but the poor climate control inside makes it a hard pass going forward for dine in. Geesh...

They forgot part of the order so I had to go all the way back to pick the order up. Was assured it would be waiting for me. Then upon pickup couldn’t find the order. Then had to wait again to pick it up at the window. No offer of anything for my trouble. At least get it right the second time. One sandwich and and hour and a half later fries are cold and shake is melted. This location is not good.
The guy at the counter that worked 11/21/2024 around 5:35 in the afternoon is very rude due to his rudeness I canceled my order and just allowed my daughter to eat I will not be coming back to this location nor recommending it to no family that visits which we all love Chik fil a
