Best service around. Quick service. Consistent food they are known for. Stop every chance I can. Always clean. Parking can be tight but what Chick-Fil-A isn't due to their business.
They had one person taking orders during a busy time so it took much longer to order than it should have. None of the staff seemed that put out that there was a huge queue.

Great people , but the order accuracy isn’t close to Glennbrooke’s. I’ve had many instances of them forgetting something, I’ve called and they always agree to make it right on my next visit. My issue is with order accuracy they have when delivering the food in the drive through, not the employees taking the orders. Through many transactions I witness the young people delivering the food are always distracted in conversations about teenage stuff. I get it, I operate multiple restaurants and understand how this can be a challenge, but nearly every time I’m picking up food I have the same problems and observations. One example Is a young man was scared at the sight of a patrons dog and ran inside, only to return and grabbed our food and delivered it. Completely wrong order , but that is just one example. Another was a young lady was going into vivid detail about “giving him his ring back” and they forgot my kids food. We spend more money here than I would like to admit, but it’s gotten to the point where I feel like this review is reasonable and justified. Management needs to put a laser focus on order accuracy and attentiveness. I will give them another chance in a few months, until then, I’m going to brave the traffic and chaos that is Glennbrooke for the time being.
