If I could give this place a negative 10 stars I would. I ordered the jalapeño chicken salad sandwich via the drive thru. The lady that took my order was downright hostile! Then when I tried the sandwich, the croissant was extremely stale and dry and had that pre-mold taste to it, gross! The worst part was there was too much jalapeño in the chicken salad and burned my mouth. I put hot sauce on everything and have a high tolerance for spicy foods but this wasn’t even edible. I had two bites and threw it away. Needless to say, I’m now extremely sick to my stomach. I will NEVER go back to that place. And to the lady who was so rude, maybe you should get into a line of work that does not involve customer service.

Stopped by for lunch & ordered 2 chicken salad sandwichs. I handed the cashier a $50.00 and she told me they didn't accept 50 dollar bills. I told her I didn't have any twenties, all I had was a fifty dollar bill. She refused to take it so I left. She had plenty of cash in the drawer and could have cashed my fifty. What a stupid rule!

This is the second time I’ve been here and such a disappointment. The chicken salad was pretty dry and the croissant was so hard and dry. Save your money, it’s just not worth it. The best part was the pre-made cookie. Oh the grape salad was really good, but the sandwich was horrible as well as the iced tea. The service was terrible as well. I so wanted to love this place :(

Stopped by on 9/16/24 and the classic carol had zero flavor and the croissants were extremely dry. Both meals ended up in the compost as it is too far to return to restaurant. Quality from CSC has been going down hill it seems.

I went into Chicken Salad Chick the other day and I ordered a Fancy Nancy Chicken Salad on WheatBread (NOT TOASTED) with a side of broccoli salad and potato soup. The Bread was stale. There were bits of pasta in my broccoli salad and i even found a GRAPE!!!! The potato soup was fine. To top things off, i found a little squashed spider on the tray under my sandwich!! Chicken Salad Chick Is an unsafe, dirty environment. I heard that there are sights of cockroaches in the back. The bathrooms are halfway cleaned, The Employees are lazy and walk around looking miserable.

This place is horrific. Terrible chicken salad. Bread is dry. Drinks are flat and nasty. Outrageously priced overrated sandwiches. Honestly, if there was a way to leave negative stars, I would. I wouldn't bother wasting your time here. Just go across the street to Walmart for cheaper and better quality items.

I tried this first time today. The girl was offended I didn’t tip for doing her job. Didn’t give me a number or ask if I wanted anything on my sammich. The chicken salad was dry, bread was gross and I sat next to register until someone asked if this was my order. $13 for a meal and was grossed out. Walmart has better chicken salad

Was in the area looking for something light to eat. Drove by here and had to stop. I ordered the Fancy Nancy (?) on a croissant and got a scoop of the spicy pimento cheese as my side.

Pros:
1. Custumer service was great! They walked me through the menu and even let me get a little sample before I ordered.
2. The restaurant was clean and had a kind of homey feel for being a chain.
3. The food was tasty and fresh. I've been on a pimento cheese kick lately and theirs was good, especially with the crackers they gave.
4. The whole meal was very cheap.
5. The cookie they gave with the meal was delicious.

Cons:
1. Not as much fancy stuff in the chicken salad as I was expecting. It needed more nuts and fruit.

Overall, I'm glad I stopped here. The food was exactly what I was wanting and I would stop here again when I'm in the area.

Food is always delicious, I order here every week for my lunches and the food has always been great however the customer service could definitely be better via drive thru. My favorites are Sassy Scotty & the Lemon Basil. I would still recommend it but hope they work on their customer service in the future.
