When it’s remade (11 minutes later) the second one has the right toppings but is BLOODY it’s so undercooked. Waitress was TERRIBLE, I said the burger was bloody, she kept walking and said “ok, good”. Breath was wasted speaking with a “manager” that clearly wasn’t managing anything. It’s pathetic that the best part of a meal is chips and salsa with STALE chips….

We were in Saturday night. I heard the host say they were short staffed from the storm. Totally understandable. We sat at the bar. The bartender had five other guests that had already been waited on at the bar. I understand he makes drinks for everyone in the restaurant. We order chips and chili queso. Caleb brought chips and salsa out then brought the queso about 10 mins later. He was very nice, apologized for our wait and was just very personalble. He stayed very busy the whole time we were there. Our bartender did not bring my ranch. I asked for it when I ordered. He didn't ask if we needed anything and I had to get his attention and ask him for my ranch. He never brought my husband ketchup. I finished my beer. He never asked if I wanted another one. Never asked us how dinner was. Just no follow up in our meal. Very disappointed with the guest relation from the bartender. Super impressed with the guy running the food!

And she is not except, I said call manager, and manager also said, we need 🆔 Here in the table. Was bad experience. All the time my family and I come here at the chillis. And they are look like over reacting. Hey all the costumes, if you don’t want to make your dinner bad to drink glass of wine. Must bring ID with you. Also serve food person as an attitude at the restaurant. Giving hard time to loyal customer, I feel this way this point.

Have been here a handful of times. Ate inside twice and did takeout a few times. There's times it was good and times it wasn't. After tonight I won't be going to this location ever again, and don't care to ever have Chilis again. Got take out order tonight and glad I had a gift card that paid for my portion. Once my boyfriend and I were done with our food, we both didn't feel good.
Really hope their employees are clean and their kitchen is clean. I always wonder that anywhere I get food from.

I have never been anywhere in my life that denies a military id as an acceptable id. On top of the fact they forgot food for our order several times over, and the server was not cognizant of anything going on. Terrible experience. This place has gone downhill terribly

I ordered from Uber eats but called and spoke to Candace who said she was the General Manager. She told me since it was a third party order she couldn’t help me and I said I would think you’d like to see what food looks like being sent out and that the wrong food was sent which has everything to do with Chili’s and not Uber. She was uninterested Our $100 order was wrong and chicken like cement. I wish I could upload video of the sound of chicken I have hitting on counter but you can see the pics of what I received and what they advertise. Fries were those hard pieces and about 10-12. Soup was cup not bowl sizes I ordered and paid for and spilled out. Burgers were disassembled and it was just bad all the way around. This is very bad customer service on Managers end and I won’t be a returning Customer. I included their pics of what it should look like.

I had a horrible experience at this location. The server was very rude and very out of Control. I will not be back! server tried multiple times to attack us and on more than one occasion. She then walked past our table and cursed at us and harassed us. I think it was was very unprofessional and very uncalled for! The manager tried her best to deescalate the situation, but the server continued to return and walk pass our table taunting us with smart remarks! The manager then turned around and tried to blame us for the situation after she witnessed the server tell us to shut up! The male bartender then had to hold the server back from trying to attack us multiple times! Even the child present was in fear! Will not be returning to this location!! horrible job worst chilies I’ve ever been to.

Visited on a Sunday night with a party of 7. The restaurant was freezing cold, food and drinks took a very long time, the server was rude to us on multiple occasions, and the majority of the food was subpar. None of us will ever be back.

Came in and it was casual Friday night 🌙 we put our name down for 5 and was told the wait was approximately 30 minutes at around 45 minutes I asked the hostess about where we were in the line she mentioned they were just waiting for a table to get up which is totally understandable as others are dining before us. At about 1hour and 10bminutes into the wait I then asked if there was a way we could try to squeeze into a booth since it was just my wife and I and 3 small children. She then replied "oh your only 5 " and sat us right away as she made a error on her end. Shocked nothing was said still by the manager candace from what I was told is her name. It's just a bit of common courtesy and customer service to speak to the patrons and apologize about the mishap
