It was August 23rd of 2025 I'm pretty sure I placed an order at Chilli's in Gallatin Tenn before during so I had an complaint about the previous order from about a month ago that the ribs they prepared for me was tough and dry. After placing this present order I got home the ribs was paper thin tough and burnt. Now I get reviews that people pay attention when I review a place that I had eaten so Chillis I won't be dining there again this makes the second time on pretty much the similar order then and now! I suggest you retrain your cooks. I am not recommending anyone because of this twice disappointing visit!!!

Horrible experience at this location. We were sat at a booth in the bar, which was empty when we got there. Server quickly came and asked our drink order and if we wanted chips and salsa and we said yes. 3 other tables were sat rather quickly and they all received their drinks and chips before we did. When the server took our food order I asked for the chips again and he said they were coming. We were brought a basket of chip crumbs. I ordered a steak fries and salad. They brought it all out at the same time. My medium steak was gray on the inside and so salty I could only take 1 bite. He passed our table numerous times ignoring the empty drinks and I finally said excuse me. He turned around and said what and I asked if my friend could get more tea. He snatched the cup came right back and slammed the cup on the table spilling some. He didnt bother to even put any ice in it either. My plate with a whole steak was on the edge of the table and he snatched it without even asking if there was a problem or if we wanted a to go box. He actually never even bothered to come back after we placed our order. Nobody did. We payed at the kiosk and as we were leaving I spoke to the hostess to let her know how rude he was and she simply said ok have a good night. So bottom line if you want good food and service this is not the place to go!

The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Was able to get a table quickly. Order the mozzarella cheese sticks for an app and they where amazing. Server stayed on top of our drink refills. Our meal was good other than the steak had no seasoning but it wasn't bad.

My wife and I went in for some lunch. We both were craving a good hamburger. After being greeted and sat at a booth we were greeted by Karlie who was very pleasant and helpful. We both ordered the QB Burger Meal which was so much better than the McDonalds QB Meal. It was actually less money as well. We will definitely be back for a nice lunch with friendly service to assist with making it a great experience! Keep up the great work!

I love going here but every time I order steamed broccoli it’s cold
Me and my boyfriend were in town visiting my aunt and uncle that live up in Tennessee, and we were so worried because the chillis where we’re from in Louisiana is very bad. Y’all were so amazing!! The service was amazing and the food was delicious!! 🤤 will definitely be back next time we visit!

Make sure to get a burger that’s just cheese ketchup mustard so they can bring you one with no cheese pickles and extra red onion! When it’s remade (11 minutes later) the second one has the right toppings but is BLOODY it’s so undercooked. Waitress was TERRIBLE, I said the burger was bloody, she kept walking and said “ok, good”. Breath was wasted speaking with a “manager” that clearly wasn’t managing anything. It’s pathetic that the best part of a meal is chips and salsa with STALE chips….
