My daughter and I ate at Chili’s this evening. And I have to say it was the absolute best food I’ve ever eaten. Brought home leftovers, decided to heat them up. Was shocked to find the fries just as crispy and delicious as they were when they were brought to my table. Everything is still delicious. While at the restaurant our server was super sweet and took very good care of our table. The best experience in a restaurant I’ve had in a long time. Thank you Chili’s for a wonderful dinner

We went here on the day school let out early for winter break and let me just say, the staff did an incredible job. There was a table of what felt like 50 middle schoolers and only 2 adults (I'm definitely exaggerating on the number herebut it was the entire front of the restaurant and it was SO loud) . It was absolutely wild and I honestly feel like management should have turned them away. That's too much strain on your servers and staff!! Not to mention when I tried to take my child to the bathroom I couldn't even get through the walkways even after I asked one of the adults if I could get through. That's my only complaint though, be more mindful of your staff and the other guests present because the atmosphere was definitely not it.
Given how slammed he was, our server was still very attentive and I really enjoyed interacting with him. The food was very yummy too!

If I could give more stars for service, I would. We have been in several times and every time, we have had great service. Food was great. Fresh and hot. Servers and cooks worked hard to get dishes out in a a very timely matter. In my opinion, the great staff and their hard work is a reflection on the manager as well. So great job to everyone at Chili's. We will definitely keep returning.

Came on a busy Sunday. Got seated pretty quickly. Food (Triple Dipper) was excellent but the service is what made the experience! If you go, ask for Brooks!!! Excellent service, kept all drinks refilled, super friendly, fast, and attentive. Will be back because of him.

It was August 23rd of 2025 I'm pretty sure I placed an order at Chilli's in Gallatin Tenn before during so I had an complaint about the previous order from about a month ago that the ribs they prepared for me was tough and dry. After placing this present order I got home the ribs was paper thin tough and burnt. Now I get reviews that people pay attention when I review a place that I had eaten so Chillis I won't be dining there again this makes the second time on pretty much the similar order then and now! I suggest you retrain your cooks. I am not recommending anyone because of this twice disappointing visit!!!

Horrible experience at this location. We were sat at a booth in the bar, which was empty when we got there. Server quickly came and asked our drink order and if we wanted chips and salsa and we said yes. 3 other tables were sat rather quickly and they all received their drinks and chips before we did. When the server took our food order I asked for the chips again and he said they were coming. We were brought a basket of chip crumbs. I ordered a steak fries and salad. They brought it all out at the same time. My medium steak was gray on the inside and so salty I could only take 1 bite. He passed our table numerous times ignoring the empty drinks and I finally said excuse me. He turned around and said what and I asked if my friend could get more tea. He snatched the cup came right back and slammed the cup on the table spilling some. He didnt bother to even put any ice in it either. My plate with a whole steak was on the edge of the table and he snatched it without even asking if there was a problem or if we wanted a to go box. He actually never even bothered to come back after we placed our order. Nobody did. We payed at the kiosk and as we were leaving I spoke to the hostess to let her know how rude he was and she simply said ok have a good night. So bottom line if you want good food and service this is not the place to go!
The menu is the same, nothing new and the prices are very high for the type of menu they have.

The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Was able to get a table quickly. Order the mozzarella cheese sticks for an app and they where amazing. Server stayed on top of our drink refills. Our meal was good other than the steak had no seasoning but it wasn't bad.
