We have not eaten at this location before.
It was a great experience and the food was wonderful, fresh and staff friendly. The register glitched at checkout but was quickly resolved.

My family tried to go in to this Cracker Barrel today and we waited for so long. No one ever came to our table to take our order or our drink order, to the point that we ended up leaving. I mentioned something to one of the staff about it as we are leaving, I was very disappointed. We have been craving Cracker Barrel, and were really upset that we were ignored. Several people were sat after us and were waited on.

Our waitress, Kinzi, was excellent: checking on us, keeping our drinks full, bringing our food hot. Our son-in law was visiting from Wyoming, and he loved his food. She even made this photo for us!

Our wait was forever but our waitress Ava was absolutely incredible. Holy crap. She really made everything so great for us. I never leave reviews and wow she was just such a breath of fresh air. Best Cracker Barrel I’ve been to. Specifically because of her.

We had a group of 13 to do lunch there. We had let the Manager Allen know a week ahead of time. They had set up the back area for us and brought in another server just to take care of us since it was durning lunch. The food was delish and the server did her job above and beyond her duties. Thank you for doing that for us

The worst Cracker Barrel ever. I don't know why I keep trying but I've learned my lesson this time. Every time I place a curbside order it's a minimum 1/2 hour after the pick up time that I get my food and that's only after I called in to ask about it. Every single time they tell me the same excuse that they were busy but the parking lot was fairly empty. They then finally bring my food out and I find when I get home that it's missing items. Not entire meals but side items. When I called and explained that the girl answering the phone said so that's all your missing? A side items? She said it as if I shouldn't care about missing items since it wasn't an entire meal. I live a 1/2 hour away so I'm not going to drive a 1/2 hour there and then another 1/2 hour back. I ordered food to try and save some time. She said she would transfer me to the manager. I was on hold for a few minutes and then I hear silence and the the phone being hung up. Horrible customer service. You can look at my reviews on Google and see that I don't make it a habit to bash a business but this was ridiculous.

Our group eats here on a regular basis, and never had a problem until recently. One in our party asked for a substitution of a slice of bacon instead of the sausage on the meat sampler & was charged almost $7 upcharge. We were not told substitutions could not be made anymore (and we do this almost weekly). When we tried to explain, the manager was very rude and wouldn't listen...just said that it was CB policy to upcharge and that his GM also agreed, so we were wrong.

Waiter was not very knowledgeable of the menu. Food was bland and the strawberries we still green and crunched like an apple. We were sat at a dirty table and was then moved to another dirty table and had to go find someone to clean it before we sat down. Cracker Barrel is going down hill fast.
