The chicken strip basket should automatically come with the gravy and toast which it did not I had to ask for the gravy if you want something else you should let them know I don't want gravy I want this instead but at least put the freaking toast back in geez are y'all that damn lazy there

Don’t eat here, they’ll give you bad food and if the manager “Vennea” is working she won’t give you a replacement or a refund even you you have the entire order and receipt in hand. Will never eat here again.

This must be the most unorganized establishment I have ever been to. Food is average at best. Service is horrible… wait is forever if they remember to make your meal.

First time to dairy queen since the old one. VERY RUDE person working..got 2 chocolate malt and burge and fries. the shakes were like wast, hamburger was suppose to have everything on it, had nothing. won't be back !!

Service is slow! Staff is incredibly inattentive! The General Manager is rude, unprofessional, and needs to be trained on customer service or should rethink her career choice.

I wish I could give zero stars, I couldn’t even place an order after waiting for over 5 minutes at 8:30 on a Saturday night. I understand that it’s just local kids working there, but it must be poor management from a corporate standpoint. Eat local.

Ordered two blizzards on uber eats, had two drivers cancel on me after they waited 30 minutes each for my order. Ordered it around 7pm . It took an hour and 30 minutes for Dairy Queen to make them and we tried calling twice to see if something was wrong and no one picked up.

When we ask for choco brownie blizzard and they give whole large cup with only vanilla softer and just on the top they put choco brownie blizzard. If they don’t have chocolate ice cream then simply say no why they mix with vanilla? And this is not first time this is happening second time

Drive through person was a godsend. Prices floored me. 31 dollars blizzard shake fries cheese curds. Don't recommend cheese curds or fries. That'll save ya some money!

extremely rude cashier and order was cold
