I sat in the drive thru line at the window for about 25 minutes just for the cashier to be rude and tell me to pull up and wait longer. I’ve been here for a total of about 45 minutes still waiting on my food and all I got was a sausage egg and cheese bagel.

The speaker wasn't working well and couldn't hear the lady! She was rude yelling i cant hear you when her microphone was messed up! Also outta cookies and cream!

We have had nothing but problems out of just this location. I called up there and it took about 10 calls for them to even start hitting the FU button then when “Deidra” finally answered, she claims that she’s the GM over all the DD locations from Gallatin to Hendersonville, which she isn’t at all. I called the Hendersonville location and they even said they have had nothing but problems from the location in Gallatin and so many customers coming to them because the Gallatin location is so bad. They are just extremely rude and have no idea how to run a coffee shop. I don’t how this Deidra woman still has her job, especially in a manager position when she clearly can’t manage or just simply to lazy to do so. When I talked to the manager Deidra, she said herself that I was about 1 of 5000 people that call daily complaining about her store???? It blows my mind how she still has a job or a store to manage!! If “5000” people are complaining then that should tell her and cooperate something!! She does a horrible job!
The two drive thru workers today were a white and black dude who were very fun to talk to, they made the experience fun while we waited for our drinks! I always appreciate when the workers joke around and converse with customers. I think the General Manager could take a page from their notebooks, she reprimanded ME for having fun with her employees which was odd. Hope she finds more fun in her life.

I normally don't give bad reviews. I just try to give good reviews but this one is an exception. When you have to be asked 6-7 times what you ordered, it's just a comedy of errors. It seems like a simple matter to ask someone what they ordered before asking them to pay. To me that would be a basic drive thru tenet.

6 girls working and it took way too long to make a sandwich. girl at the window wasn’t doing nun and it looks like a manager came out the back and ain’t see an issue with girls standing around….the only one working was the girl making my food as she was also doing a doordash order. plus the place dirty asl

When I first started going there in 2024 it was horrible!!! Then they hired Dedra and she made it very enjoyable. She really cleaned up the place and now the service is great!!! I order my coffee ahead and now it is always there waiting for me....HUGE improvement from before!!!

They never open on time. Today it was past 8 am. They advertise 5 am. Which is it? Their drive through board is tore up and you can’t read it. I live closer to Gallatin but I would rather go to Hendersonville. It’s more reliable.
