I’m tired of this unfriendly establishment and secondly I’m tired of buying these expensive coffee drinks. I ordered a medium matcha drink with a cold foam on top this drink cost over $6 and there was not much cold foam on top and the drink had so much ice in it I only had a few sips this is ridiculous and must stop this is highway robbery I want a replacement drink

i have been going to this dunkin for a very long time. i have gotten the same drink for 5 months in a row. Today i wanted to go get the drink and i rolled up to the window and ordered. The lady i was talking to told me there was no way for me to get the drink with the add ins i asked for, but i have been getting this drink for about 5 months?? This lady was very rude and made smart remarks to me. I am pretty sure she was the manger. She was very disrespectful and rude. There’s been multiple times i have come to this Dunkin and all the workers are rude. You are supposed to please your costumers. So after that i drove away and did not get a drink. I passed the window and that lady was sticking out of it. It looked like she flicked me off. Dunkin needs to hire better workers!!!!

My wonderful, timid girlfriend went here because it was national coffee day. She’s a freshman in college and trying to get through her vet tech program. So the last thing a stressed teen needs is to ask for help to redeem the code and be met with hateful responses. This is unacceptable in my eyes. After reading more reviews it is obvious that this place needs to get it together. I understand that everyone has their own problems but you also have to have the maturity to still do your job correctly. Get it together guys.

Who on earth does not have ketchup? Every time we come here they are out and we can’t have any for the breakfast hashbrowns. Even gas stations carry ketchup! My biggest complaint however is ALSO every time we order the maple bacon croissant they are OUT 100%. Instead, I have to have my sandwich on a cold sourdough bread or muffin which I hate. There is none use for being this cheap. If you’re always selling it - here’s a thought- order more.

I sat in the drive thru line at the window for about 25 minutes just for the cashier to be rude and tell me to pull up and wait longer. I’ve been here for a total of about 45 minutes still waiting on my food and all I got was a sausage egg and cheese bagel.
The speaker wasn't working well and couldn't hear the lady! She was rude yelling i cant hear you when her microphone was messed up! Also outta cookies and cream!
