My boyfriend picked up my order for me this morning. Dunkalatte tasted fine, but breakfast sandwich was gross. They also gave me a croissant when I said biscuit in my order. Hashbrowns were mushy and gross. My boyfriends coffee tasted bad and had no ice when I said less ice like mine. Haven't had Dunkin in a long time and this location ruined it for me.

I came and ordered 2 iced coffees. THEY SAID THEY HAD NO COFFEE??? It’s a donut and coffee place?
I have gone to this place a few times since it's close to where I work. I quit getting coffee awhile back because it always comes out wrong. Today, I went through the drive through to get a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. I asked for it on an english muffin with a side of hashbrowns. The lady taking the order sounded like she was moaning between words and it made me uncomfortable. I pull up to the window, they take my card and run it, never gave me a receipt or offered one and the girl had some attitude when giving me my food. I got to my work and ate the hasbrowns which were surprisingly good but my sandwich was disgusting. They used a cheese I've never seen and it made it look like they put liquid snot all over it. I took 2 bites after sniffing it to confirm it was cheese... It was nasty and Im pretty sure I am now sick from their food. I will never go back to this location.

Bad place to order doughnuts if u craving for doughnuts please fine another place to order your doughnuts i order from them when de delivery guy brings my doughnuts the doughnuts is hard & it’s not fresh the doughnuts even have a smell look like those are the leftovers from yesterday and they served it to customers
So I have to take the doughnuts back and they refunded my money back
With four employees on duty and no customers- they could not make an order of avocado toast. It literally took all four of them to figure out how to toast a piece of bread, put avocado on it, and none of them knew it was supposed to have bacon added.

This location, both Dunkin and Baskin Robbin's is awful. Gotta be top 3 worst in America. Just close it down now, you can't fix this crap. Employees would rather laugh and cut up then make a decent coffee.

I’ll be avoiding this place from now on. It has the worst customer service. Employees are hateful and unpleasant. I’ve tried a few times and even ordering the same thing it’s always different and disappointing. No one there seems to care.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at your drive-through. When I placed my order for a large hot coffee, the employee taking my order repeated it back as an iced coffee. I clarified that I wanted it hot, but she insisted I had originally said iced and pointed out that she was now changing it. While this might seem like a minor issue, the interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and unpleasant. Additionally, there was a lot of background conversation, making it difficult to hear her clearly and giving an overall impression of unprofessionalism.

Kati is a wonderful worker with excellent customer service 💕
The skinnier girl with the blonde hair was on her game the other morning when i stopped by. She was doing enough work for 4 people. She still went out of her way to being nice and attentive to me and went out of her way to ensure she got my drink correct. She legitimately deserves a raise because I guarantee most young people won't work that hard for what shes making and you'll be hard pressed to find an equal replacement if she leaves in terms of work ethic, which will affect your revenue.
I will say the loaded tots made by the other gal was lackluster in size. Like 4 or 5 tiny little tots filling up less than half the mini cup. Not sure if she was just following policy on giving a small amount or what, but it was pretty silly and ridiculous how small it was.. I literally ate it in like 2 bites. I should've snapped a pic. I understand its not supposed to be huge for the price but it filled up 1/4 of the cup and thats not an exaggerated.
Donuts and coffee are always good.
Although this is probably one of the worst dunkin donuts I have been to. Apparently, there employee training is lacking.
Check your orders every time. 50 percent of the time, it will be wrong, or the coffee won't be done correctly. Ordered a specialty cookie and whipped cream coffee last time. I got a regular coffee with no whip or cookie, but they sure charged me the extra cost.

This location is bad. I hardly ever go, and the last two visits recently have not been worth the time or money. The first time my drink was wrong and both donuts weren’t just a little stale, they were hard as a rock. The most recent time it took **30** minutes for a pick up order, in the middle of the day, that was a single donut and plain coffee- after having to tell the staff what I ordered twice. Did they just ignore the ticket? Do they only care about the drive thru? Do they need more support from management? What gives?
