I've been to this location 3 times and I doubt I'll ever be back. The first time I went, I was the only one in line and everything went great. The last two times, it's been a little busy and everything was awful. There's no consistency in their product. Their donuts, sandwiches, and baked goods are either over baked or under baked, but never right. Most recently I was waiting for my food at the window and the employee showed my donut to other staff members, laughing about it, then handing it to me. I looked at it and it was extremely burnt. Why would you sell a burnt donut? And laugh about it in front of the customer.

Went to this store location #345354 ordered a medium hot coffee with caramel, cream and sugar. Got to the window and they handed me an ice coffee. I advised that was not my order it was a hot coffee. They started to make the hot coffee and I asked is there a price difference between hot and iced. The cashier didn't know and asked a colleague the colleague pretended to look at the computer and said yes it the same price. I go to Dunkin all the time and order the same thing often and knew she was lying. So I asked for a refund. The manager refunded me for a hot coffee instead of the iced coffee that I got charged for in error. I advised I was charged for iced and it's clearly a difference in pricing between iced and hot. The manager proceeded to give me the correct amount back. (Very nice manager) I left Dunkin and went to Starbucks. My advice to this location train the cashier's to listen to the orders given and repeat the order to ensure it's correct. And know the difference between iced and hot coffee pricing.

This Dunkin is by far the worst. The amount of times I’ve tried to order donuts for my household, pick up donuts for my office, or treat my daughter after school.. every time this place doesn’t have donuts. It doesn’t matter if you go a 6am 11am noon 2pm 4pm they’re out of donuts. I don’t even understand this. This store might as well just close. They open and close whenever they want not per store hours. Customer service is never great. There’s never a if you come back in such time we’ll have your order for you. The employees in there don’t want to do anything. The ‘assistant manager’ is rude and no help and seems there’s never a store manager there.

I went to this location on Thursday 11/16/2023 around 5:45 a.m. Online it stated the store opened at 5:30 a.m. and the app stated it opened at 5:00 a.m. when I got I attempted to go through the drive thru. I sat there for a few minutes, an employee came over the system and stated they didn’t open until 6:00. I am assuming it is a staffing issue just like the rest of the world however update the google page or let the customers know with a note on the drive thru intercom so customers don’t make a special trip and then take their business elsewhere.
