The last three times I ordered a beverage from the Gallatin location, every order has been wrong. I guess I will just need to start tasting the The beverage before I leave the window to make sure it’s right, and if it’s not, have them redo it. I enjoy the golden eagle drinks. Two times I ordered a golden eagle iced coffee, and it was not as sweet as they typically are and kind of bitter tasting. This last time I ordered a salted caramel hot chocolate and and got a hot coffee instead that definitely did not have caramel in it. I know they’re probably trying to work as quick as possible, but at the same time, take the time to do it correctly. Maybe they can review some recipes with the employees there to make sure they are using the correct recipes and ratios of ingredients.

WE DONT HAVE THESE ON LONG ISLAND 😭 someone open one PLEASE! Will forever get the Golden Eagle any time I pass one. Take my money 💳 & any state ive ever been to one in - the young kids who work there are ALWAYS helpful and friendly. Omg & the prices! $14 for 3 drinks?? Thatll get you 2 basic coffees in NY - i was shook. COME TO NY PLEASE 😭😭

I honestly don’t understand why this keeps happening. Every time I go there and there’s a line, I wait through the two lanes like everyone else. But as soon as I get to the front by the end of two lane split, someone suddenly comes out from inside and starts taking orders — and they always take the people at the other lane first. Why am I left standing there while others get served? Is there something wrong with the way I look?
This hasn’t happened just once; it’s happened about 90% of the times I’ve gone. I’m done. I’m never going back.

Kelsey was an absolutely amazing broista! She immediately asked us how we were doing and was so nice. She continued to hold a conversation while making our drinks and talking about my girlfriend’s dress since we had just left a dance. She deserves a raise for all her hard work! 10/10 would come again!!!

I can’t remember her name but she has short ish black wavy hair. I think it was Hannah or something with an H but regardless she needs to be reprimanded or fired SOON. I came by the other day and she was VERY rude to me when I went to get my drink and it was made a medium and hot when I asked for a large and for it to be iced. She explained to me that I must have forgotten to say that large and iced. Regardless she definitely did NOT come off as kind…not really representing the Dutch bros saying “radiate kindness”.. I frequently go to this location and everyone else is nice. She is the only one that has ever been rude to me!

Not sure of the girls name but wears heavy black eyeliner needs to be fired ASAP luckily I’m NOT the manager because her attitude I wouldn’t put up with that…My drink was foamy and couldn’t nor wouldn’t drink it ,and when I brought is to her attention not only did she roll her eyes she proceeded to tell me nothing is wrong with it because the other worker said it looks as if the machine in low and she said I just changed it I spoke up and said when did you change it that might be the problem she spoke rudely and quickly and said idk I didn’t change it unbelievable that girl clearly doesn’t like her job nor Pple fire her because I get the same drink every single day and I know how a Golden eagle blended should taste and she wants to argue with me when I was super nice to her I will not be giving my business to Dutch Bros again I can take my business to Star bucks 😉 because that was not the first time at that location where they are rude.😡
