I drive a truck and seen this amazing coffee shop on my way to another pickup. I really needed some coffee and breakfast. Stopped in here and the place was just absolutely amazing. They even gave me the sausage egg and cheese waffle for free. It’s very rare that I’m impressed with anything fast food or coffee but Dutch Bros is #1 I just wish I could give them 10 stars. 5 isn’t enough. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at DB for making this Alabama native feel welcome.

I’m a former Dutch Bros employee from Arizona, so I’m very familiar with the company’s focus on customer connection. Unfortunately, this location has been disappointing from a service standpoint. I’ve visited a few times and each experience has felt increasingly disengaged — minimal eye contact, little to no greeting, and on more than one occasion my order wasn’t confirmed at the window while the employee faced away talking to coworkers. I understand there’s a learning curve with expanding into a new state, but the coffee alone doesn’t make up for the lack of customer interaction. I’ve only been to this Tennessee location so far, so I hope future visits/other stores reflect more of the Dutch Bros experience I’ve known in the past.

Avery at the HWY 109 / Windsong DB Has GREAT customer service skills, she is always smiling, greeting, Thanking, And most of all checks to see if your drink was made the way you like it. You need An Avery at every DB we will go to this location just because of her! THANK YOU ! AVERY

They cannot figure out who showed up in line first and end up letting people in front that just pull up instead of the ones that show up first in the drive-thru. Three cars sitting the in the far left showed up before someone who pulled up in the other lane as the person was taking orders in the far left lane and he rotated to the other lane. Two other cars were sitting before that car pulled up and you were standing right there. If this is policy to go back and forth between lanes needs a revamp.
