Went about 7:15 Saturday night. When we entered there was only a couple of people at the bar top, and about 3, no more than 4 tables occupied in the dining area. Great! Not too busy! We waited about 5 min for drink orders, and my hubby requested the free cheese stick he was offered thru the app. Then the waitress said they would be back with drinks and for the remainder of our order. 7:30 we received the drinks and she must have had other things to do but walked to the back. No orders taken. Ok we aren’t complaining or in a rush. I’m not seeing but 2 young ladies going around to the tables so we assumed maybe low staff. My daughter and I enjoyed the very affordable and fun crane machines while we waited.
And now it’s about 7:35 and a few families with ball players came in, some pick up orders.. a line was formed crowding the entrance and claw machines. It was getting a lot busier. Our order wasn’t taken until we made it back to the table with my husband and another waitress came by asking if we had placed an order yet. My hubby explained he asked for the free cheese sticks but we also wanted some breadsticks and macaroni and cheese. And to just make it to go please since it’s already 7:40 now. We can just take it home and eat there. Right after she walks away, a young man brings out the cheese sticks on a platter so we eat on them as we wait. At 7:50 our ticket, to go order and a box for cheese sticks we have left comes out. The Young man apologizing. When the waitress gave us the ticket we see we were charged for the free cheese stick during the chaos I assume of lack of service, but we don’t complain. Hopefully we can use it at another time. My review may seem too detailed or others may feel it wasn’t all needed, but I’d like to say this is our first time dining inside. I don’t feel like this is normal and hope that typically they are faster and more attentive to their customers. And it may normally take this long, we have never dined in and only picked up orders. If do I wouldn’t recommend the fine in, but have to say that the food is well worth getting. We will stick to pick ups from now on because the food is always fresh, hot and delicious! Me and my daughter will go in and just play their crane machines moving forward as long as they don’t mind cause that was worth the wait and confusion.

Had the chance to meetup with some friends here. The pizza was really good, the wings out of this world. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. Plenty of space inside or out on the patio to watch the games.

Appetizers, Pizza and Sandwiches… incredible food and excellent service! Best pizza in Gallatin! Friendly staff too!
Service was average at best..had to flag someone down for refills as we couldn’t find our server. Pizza was good but wasn’t anything that was better or worse than your normal. Atmosphere was okay. ….so in short … in my opinion…. It’s mid!

This place rocks! My family and I went on a very busy occasion (their 5 year anniversary) and the place was packed. Everybody there did an excellent job. The servers were great and were very helpful each time we needed something. Pizza was delicious as always! Highly recommend this pizza spot. ½ pint on Tuesdays btw

We love going to Fairview on Thursdays because of their great pizza and drink deal! Usually, we receive amazing service and leave happy. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during our most recent visit yesterday.
It was understandably packed since they were closed for the 4th of July, so we expected a bit of a wait. Our table of four ordered simple 10-inch pizzas that qualified for the deal (a 10-inch, two-topping pizza and a drink). No one ordered anything complicated, and we were fine waiting, given how busy it was.
Our waitress came by, took our drink orders, and checked in before we placed our food order. Everyone ordered standard pizzas—my mom got mushrooms and sausage. She was especially hungry after a long afternoon.
As we waited and chatted, the pizzas started arriving—except for my mom’s. We assumed it would be right behind the others and decided to wait as a table. Since the pizzas come out hot, letting them cool a bit made sense anyway.
However, after a few other pizzas kept passing by our table, we realized something was wrong. We couldn’t find our waitress, so we flagged down another one to ask about the missing pizza. She came back and explained that the order had been skipped, but it would be ready in less than five minutes. She apologized, and we were still understanding at that point. My mom even had a slice of mine to tide her over.
Ten more minutes passed, and we started feeling frustrated. Our waitress was busy with other tables, which we get, but we just wanted an update. Since no one had checked in with us, we again spoke to the same helpful waitress. She went to the kitchen again.
Right after that, our original waitress came back with my mom’s ticket to confirm her order—mushroom and sausage. Not exactly a complicated request. She told us it would be another 5–10 minutes since they had just now found the ticket. Understandably, confusion was spreading around the table.
Finally, 25 minutes after the rest of us received our food, my mom’s pizza arrived. It was hot and she liked it, but the whole situation was frustrating. We figured the pizza might be comped or at least discounted… but no. When the tickets came, my mom’s was actually charged more than the pizza deal price. She only noticed this after her card had been swiped.
She went to the register to get it sorted. After four staff members tried to fix the mistake, they still couldn’t void the ticket. Our waitress returned and handed her a single dollar as compensation. What?! Apparently, no one knew how to void a transaction.
Needless to say, we’ll be requesting a different waitress in the future. In all the years we’ve been going to Fairview, we’ve only had one other issue. We love the food, and we understand that kitchens can get backed up—our family is in the food business, too. It was just the way the situation was handled that left us disappointed.

My favorite wings in Gallatin!
Absolutely outstanding pizza and wings. Their homemade ranch just tops it all off 😩
