I love this restaurant more than most other restaurants around. But lately the management has been over seating the restaurant for the amount of employees they have - and it is not fair. You can’t put two waitresses covering an ENTIRE restaurant while also being their own bartenders. Garcias almost always has 10/10 quality control on cocktails and food, but you can’t maintain that when you put too many people in a restaurant for your employees to serve. They’re only people, not Gods. When we went in last our poor server was running around like a mad woman while being treated poorly by customers because she couldn’t keep up. Most likely being tipped poorly on top. We didn’t get drinks for 25 minutes and it was not her fault. Not fair. I will keep coming back to Garcias because it’s my fav but yall - STOP over seating your staff! People can wait or go somewhere else!

Let me start by saying I could eat Mexican every day of my life! I live in Lebanon & we came to Gallatin Monday night for a game. I’d been hearing from a couple friends how good this place is & couldn’t wait to try it. Oh my goodness those Birria tacos were so good. We’ll definitely be back. Service was great also!! ❤️

We ate here today ? the ? are top shelf, and the food is right out of Jalisco Mexico ??. It's worth every penny!! Please tip your server...she was extremely helpful and polite. Definitely the best Mexican food we're from Nevada so take my word for it!
This is a really solid place. Not the best ive had but definitely good. The horchata was delicious as well. I tried the Birria Tacos and an al pastor taco. The birria was pretty dang good and was loaded with meat. The al pastor was pretty tasty as well. Just a word of warning the green sauce has a pretty decent kick to it, normally this is a more mild sauce. My co-worker had some chicken dish which he enjoyed. The service was good and prices were fairly inexpensive. For the 5 of us it was about 125 with a tip. I really wanted to try the fried banana but i was too full. I think when i come back in a month or so I'm gonna come for dessert! Lol thanks guys!

My favorite Mexican Restaurant in Gallatin. On the weekends Garcia’s offers more traditional Mexican dishes that you wont find in other “Mexican” restaurants, like Menudo. For a true “hot” salsa experience, ask for their hot red and green salsas. Most popular dish ACP - Arroz con Pollo.
