I could not be more disappointed!! Got my usual to go order. I got home and only received one half of what I paid for. Took the order back to the restaurant and the very rude kid at the register told me that he saw nothing wrong with my order to which I replied that I get this lunch special All The Time. The enchiladas were fine but the burrito was not more than one inch wide and two inches long. Not what I was used to getting. No filling in the burrito- just a flat tiny tortilla that is not acceptable. Supposed to get rice and beans. No rice and some gross slop that is supposed to be refried beans. Overall it looked like old gross slop. I gave the cashier kid my order and asked him to take it back and have the kitchen to make me an order again but this time make it right. He was very rude and only wanted to argue. I’ve never in my life been treated so badly - maybe they don’t know about how a customer is supposed to be treated? He had a smug look on his face and I cannot emphasize this enough- he was RUDE. There are too many other great restaurants in Gallatin to put up with this kind of BS crap from someone in the hospitality sector. Save yourself the disappointment and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Garcia's Taqueria Sports Grill is a hidden gem that perfectly combines great food, a lively atmosphere, and top-notch sports entertainment. During my recent visit, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic Mexican dining experience.First and foremost, let's talk about the food. The birria and Mexican street tacos were simply outstanding. The birria was rich in flavor, tender, and perfectly seasoned, making it an absolute delight to savor. The Mexican street tacos were equally impressive, with fresh, flavorful ingredients that showcased the chef's expertise and attention to detail. Each bite was a burst of authentic Mexican flavors that left me craving for more. The atmosphere at Garcia's Taqueria Sports Grill is vibrant and inviting. The decor is stylish yet cozy, creating a welcoming environment for diners to relax and enjoy their meal. The restaurant is also equipped with all the good sports channels, making it an ideal spot for sports enthusiasts who want to catch the latest games while enjoying delicious food and drinks. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service provided by our server. The waitress Olivia was terrible, had a bad attitude and bad service, the smoothie had more ice and foam than the smoothie, I don't recommend it.

The entire staff was very kind. This location is the greatest sports bar/Mexican restaurant in the Sumner county region. My server, Israel was very attentive. Had my refills ready to go, and a very friendly attitude will definitely ask for him again.

Terrible service, gaslighted guest by pretending they already brought missing food to the table, no apology. This used to be my favorite place for tacos. I ordered my usual on my last visit. Tacos de birria and tacos autenticos with chicken. I modify by substituting shredded chicken instead of grilled and removing cilantro from everything. On the authentic tacos, that would leave onions and lime as the toppings.I’m not sure where the server got confused because I point to the menu when I order. Regardless, the service problem came after the wrong tacos were served. Somehow I ended up with single layer corn tacos with shredded chicken and no toppings. (Tacos are supposed to come double layer, so I was also missing three corn tortillas)The other meal at my table came out wrong as well, but I’m going to focus on the lack of service for this review. Instead of sending my tacos back to be made the right way, I simply asked for some onion and lime. The server brought a cup of onion and walked away. Finding any employee to get a lime became a waiting game. When I ordered my little pieces of pre-cut lime wedges for a third time, the server delivered it and said “here’s MORE lime”. Dude, you never brought it in the first place. The table behind me was cussing loud. Servers didn’t have the opportunity to hear it because they scarcely made an appearance. Chips sat empty. Drinks sat empty. A table next to us with empty drinks gave up on waiting for refills. One of them either purchased bottles drinks at the register or went to his car and brought them inside.I will not be back. There was a taco truck in the parking lot of a gas station in front of the restaurant. I bet the taco truck knows what authentic tacos include. I bet I wouldn’t have had to fight for the labeled toppings if I ate there instead.I drove 30 minutes to dine at this location. It doesn’t take much effort to put what was ordered on a table. If a customer orders lime three times and limes were not provided in between, it means you are a terrible server. If you gaslight your guests who never received lime to begin with instead of owning your failure and apologizing for the lack of service, then you are a terrible person. To the owner, I would rather you be short staffed than to fill every table if this is the kind of service provided at your restaurant. I would rather wait 25 minutes to eat what I ordered than to be gaslit for ordering my missing items over and over. This server needs corrective training or a job away from people and food.

We have been searching for great Mexican food like we had in Southern California, but have just not been able to find it. I would say Garcia's is the best Mexican food we have found so far. I had the shredded beef chimichanga which was very good. The rice and beans were also good. What is always lacking in all of the Mexican restaurants in this area is the spice. The salsa was like dipping chips in tomato sauce. I am not the kind of person who likes salsa so hot it burns my mouth, I prefer a medium salsa, flavorful with a kick, but every restaurant we've been too has incredibly mild salsa. I don't understand the reluctance to make spicy salsa. It's not like the customers don't like spicy - most southerners seem to really like hot chicken - so why not spicy salsa? The service at Garcia's was excellent, the servers were very attentive and I had a great Cadillac Margarita!
