The couple who were working this food truck served much more then amazing food on Thursday 11/7/24. While in the parking lot at Tristar Centennial, I was in my Jeep, beside myself crying. After a 4 hour drive from Birmingham, Al with my son, I'd just been told he had ewings sarcoma & the outcome was anything but certain. Wonderful food and great portions. The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful, the workers were very friendly and welcoming which made the whole experience even better. We got two orders of the Catfish nuggets with Cajun fries/Onion rings and it was well worth it. I wouldn't hesitate to go again!
