I ordered a variety of 10 biscuits for our crew's breakfast. From having to demand that I receive a receipt for my expense report, having to argue with the staff that I didn't get a duplicate order, watching the manager drop one of the ordered biscuits in a tray of ketchup instead of putting it in the bag and then have them accuse me of being untruthful. I totally understand being very busy and understaffed, but I can't understand being so unhospitable to customers.

I would have given 5 in the past but this is ridiculous I went through the drive through the lady kept telling me to hold on I went in and was totally ignored by "staff" might as well shut it down it's a ghost town in there and I wonder why 👍 good job
I've been stopping at this Hardee's for a couple weeks now for breakfast and I was not impressed at all. I had slow service, ppl with straight attitudes and just not great visits. It's amazing what ONE person can do!! I stop in this morning and nicely met with smiles, good mornings and fast service. All I can to the owner of this establishment is you need to keep Hannah at this store! She's amazing and whatever you're paying her is not enough! What a turn around in small amounts of time! The mens bathroom was out, she let me use the women's and even watched the door for me. Above and beyond! One person can make a difference!!!
