ALWAYS answers the phone which allows me to place an order ahead of time if I’m in a rush. My protein shake is always the same nice and smooth and delicious. My kitchen sinks always mixed with love and taste the same. Went to a nutrition shop closer to my house and learned my lesson that Nutrition Wave is the only local shop I can trust for consistent service.

Wave is by far the best nutrition shop there is! Anytime I go on vacation, I’ll try other shops out and nothing compares to wave! I love that they use all Herbalife products! It makes all the difference!

Love, love, love their shakes and teas! I have a shake for breakfast and a Specialty tea several times a week and they are delicious! Tammy, Cody and Taylor always provide great customer service as well. Love my Wave Nutrition! ❤️

Absolutely love this place!! Not only are the drinks fantastic, but the owner and her employees are always friendly and go above and beyond to make me happy. It is a must anytime I’m in Gallatin.

The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain the menu selections to you. They actually invented/coming up with adding whip cream to the energy teas....also they come up with their own teas/shakes custom flavors -- unlike most other nutrition tea places.

Wave Nutrition is one of the best nutrition shops in Middle TN! The owner of the shop is so knowledgeable on each product she offers, and the drinks are the absolute best! You can’t go wrong with a shake or tea at this shop!

I've been all over middle TN trying different teas from different places and Wave is the best one! You get your money's worth in product, you can see exactly what they put in it and she does not skim on quality by using cheap flavorings. They have a wide variety and keep it interesting with new drinks each season! I HIGHLY recommend Wave!!
