If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered directly through the jersey mikes app and the dasher picked up my order and cancelled it. Which I understand is not Jersey Mike's fault thats not the blame I am putting on the store. I did call the store and they said to call door dash so I did. I called door dash they said they would be reimbursing jersey mikes since the driver stole my food. So I called Jersey Mike's back the manager Samantha was terribly rude and unprofessional accusing me of stealing and I never received my refund. Terrible customer service I will never be returning and if I do not receive my refund I will be filling a chargeback with my bank. I tried to resolve this with the store professionally but since there has been nothing but disrespect I decided people should know about the horrible customer service from the manager.

Best subs hands down. Only competition is Firehouse really, they're neck and neck. Great food and service.

We love Jersey Mikes but this was the first time at the Gallatin location and the staff is extremely rude. Never again!

The girl at the register was new and misrang my sandwich as a regular instead of a giant- even though we said it 3 times (me and other coworkers) but she is new so I was understanding. When she asked who she identified as the “GM” what to do she told her to “charge her for another regular.” Turning my $18.65 sandwich into a $21.30 sandwich, plus paying tax twice. I wanted to avoid confrontation and at this point I was irritated. I verbalized that this isn’t right and she awkwardly stood there and said she has to listen and she is new. So if the owner of this location could contact me I’d like to discuss being ripped off- and your “GM” teaching new employees that that’s the way to do it. This was THEFT. I did not get 2 regulars I got one giant. Thanks.
Prompt service with excellent delivery sandwiches. Its a good place to pickup lunch. I highly recommend ordering in the app for pickup.

My hot order was skipped and other customers behind me got their hot sandwich first, I had to ask about my sandwich and then had to tell the cook to put the Chipotle mayo on my 43 which is supposed to come with it. When I asked where order was because mt ticket was the only ticket up there then the manager said he's working on it but then the manager put 3 more on tickets up there and the cook started on those because the manager put the new tickets in front of mine. Corp. Needs to reevaluate this crew in my opinion and retrain them all.

It's a good store I'm not a big jersey fan as far as sandwiches but they atmosphere and people are awesome highly recommend

PS: Food is also great, but I go to the Gallatin one cause the people are way nicer. ;)

We were at the Gallatin location on 6/13 for dinner, and the staff was so friendly and kind. You can tell they care more than most. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady that waited on you first, but she was so patient and friendly. She had such a great personality. Everyone was great though. It was getting very busy and an older gentleman was a bit rude in front of us, but they handled themselves well. It’s not often that service industry workers can be that kind and patient. You have a great staff! Chick-fil-A level in my opinion.
