We ordered our food for pickup. It was hot and cooked perfectly. Roy was friendly and generous with providing all the little add ons we needed. We always have a good experience with this location.

We ordered a sausage, bacon, and pineapple pizza and it was delivered with well burnt edges and bottom of pizza. The night manager, Roy, told me he would rotate us for another pizza another day. I called to have the replacement pizza delivered and Roy advised me that I have a store credit of $15 and that he could only redeliver if I.used $5 of the store credit and paid $26 for the pizza. How do you charge a customer when you Jets Pizza burned the pizza order that was paid for the first time? My $ was not burnt when I originally paid. But now I am being asked to pay for a pizza that Jets messed up + delivery. I will not order from Jets again and I am letting my community contacts know in the neighborhood. This is certainly unacceptable, and they either need to learn how to make pizza, or close the doors of Jets Pizza in Gallatin. Calling Prince Pizza for my orders now.

This is the first time I have been to Jet Pizza. I grew up in New York and Boston and have had some amazing pizza. Chris the manager took my order on the phone and was also the person that gave me the pizza when I picked it up. Awesome guy! As awesome as Chris was I have to say the pizza may have been more awesome. This was definitely the best pizza I have had in the 4 years I have been in TN. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. You will not be disappointed!!!

This Gallatin Jet’s location is great! The Manager, Chris, is a great manager/guy. He truly cares about the customer and people in general. The pizza is great, and with the prices it is a great value. I eat here almost once a week. When my work gets pizza they order from this Jet’s - they have a good variety, quality, and get it right every time!
