This is our favorite JJ and we have been to many especially since it’s my husbands favorite sandwich place. The customer service is always on point. Everyone is super friendly and fun to talk to and be around they do a great job making your sandwich, getting everything correct and making sure you’re taken care of, the place is very clean. There’s really nothing to be disappointed about. What blows my mind is the entitled people that have been here many times and have great experiences but then have ONE bad experience and write a one star review ? explain that one to me? Their review should definitely be 5 stars. 10/10 is come here again.

Been here 3x in the last week and a half. Fresh & tasty. One of the few restaurants in Gallatin that care what they serving.

Paid $3 for extra additions to TWO different sandwiches, got charged for them, AND DIDNT RECEIVE ANY CHANGES TO THE ORDER LIKE I REQUESTED. Paid $27 to eat dinner and neither me or my wife are happy. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

My order was wrong. I didn’t realize that until I got home. I called to get the correct order made. The manager was rude from the moment she got on the phone with me and eventually hung on me. She has no business being on customer service with that type of attitude. Especially given i am recovering from a surgery. You truly never know who you’re dealing with and her behavior is an embarrassment to this location and jimmy johns as a whole.
