Friendly staff, fresh food and short wait time. We were greeted by multiple employees, I would definitely recommend eating here.

Ask if I could wait 15 min for tenders, not a problem. Ended up waiting 25 min and they did give me an extra drink and cookie for it. I got home and it was missing one tender and a fry I ordered. Don’t really mind an extra wait, but I’d like all my food I waited and paid for. I will be back because the food I did get was and is always good

Food is great, wait in line for over 30 to 45 mins, finally got my order, I ordered 2 famous bowls, a chicken pot pie and a chocolate cake, they didn't give me the chocolate cake I paid for,they threw away my receipt without asking me, I didn't have time to check due to the fact the line wait is so long. Im not trying to be late for work. I tried going here twice earlier this week but said screw it sitting in the same spot for over 20 minutes. The cherry ontop besides them not giving me the cake I ordered is how do you not put in a forks for the famous bowls.

3rd time doing a mobile order 10-15 mins BEFORE I needed it so it would be ready. Three times now it has t been started a. Do have been about to eat my lunch twice (I only get 30mins) and waited over 30mins this time. It’s almost 10pm with one other car here…

Drive through wsit was nearly an hour. It was a busy time of day, but that was excessive. Ordered a family meal. Green beans were cold. Everything else was hot. Associate at drive through was friendly and I could tell they were filling orders as quickly as possible.

KFC chicken just doesn’t taste the same no matter what location you go it all taste the same not good almost no seasoning believe me as customers we can taste the difference the chicken is not good the only thing worth buying is the famous bowls which is pretty good but the chicken it’s self two thumbs down

By far the worst ! Sat in line for over 45 min.... there was 3 cars infeont of me and it was only 6:30 .... go across the street to Popeyes you'll be glad you did!

I love this restaurant , but this is the second straight time the food tasted like it had been left out for too long, will have to go to Donelson store to try to get something better, no excuse for this.
