I love this restaurant , but this is the second straight time the food tasted like it had been left out for too long, will have to go to Donelson store to try to get something better, no excuse for this.

Myself and family ended up getting the family chicken strip meal deal I believe 8ct the chicken strips were horrible they were cold, hard & dried out and not of normal color. They were very very dark brown not like a over cooked color brown but from using old grease colored brown. Whenever my wife said something to the employees the assistance manager snatched them from the cashiers hand slammed them in the garbage can and was kind of being smart and maybe a tad bit rude like it was a huge inconvenience to her that we were asking for them to be re made we weren't asking for a refund or a full order replacement or anything special or out of the ordinary merely just for the strips to be re made. Once they remade the strips they were somewhat better but still not like they should be due to the grease issue.

Original chicken is too Krispy in general and it's not one KFC, but all the ones I ate at.
Tried it again after a couple of horrible experiences from last year hoping they had figured out how to run this place and nope. Ordered strips through the drive-thru. Told they were cooking fresh and would be out in 10 mins. Cool. 20 minutes later still no food. I went inside and asked about the order and they said oh... It's going to be another 15 mins. Tenders don't take 35 mins to cook. Then was told that it was a mistake and that a fryer was down so they had to wait to drop another batch. Asked for a refund and the manager apologized. I've been to this place 4 times in 4 years and every single time it's horrible customer service, sheer laziness, and their employees acting stupid. I'm just done with it. Don't waste your time.

This is what you get when you order a "12 pc Chicken Tender Box" for $31 now in 2024. The only item we ordered was the 12 piece chicken tenders and as you can see in the photos, they are not tenders at all but cut chicken breast chunks. One "tender" in fact was a piece of breaded cartilage, that was a lovely surprise. ?
KfC tenders USED to be a sizeable piece of chicken, the actual "tender" cut in the breast meat. Now they are the size of their dip packets and cost over $2.50 per piece (again 12 piece order for $31.)
We had also wanted to dine in but only the drive through was open. So atmosphere was a bust.
Really disappointed in a company who is starting their pay rate for their employees at $12 per/hr and yet serves this box of tender knock-offs to costumers.
Times are tough for everyone, I get it, but I appreciate doing business with companies with integrity. And being lied to by a corporation, that I had felt like a loyal customer to, has really soured any future desire to do business with KFC. Just call it what it is, chicken chunks, or actually serve chicken tenders.

In the last 2 weeks I have gone through the drive through at the Gallatin, TN location 3 times . All 3 times when I got home, something was missing. Sorry, you only get 3 chances with me. Especially when I call to speak to the manager and no one answers the phone.

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, It's hard as a rock and literally not worth eating. Notice the darkness, that is crust only and old at that. The 1st photo is the inside, no chicken. I should have checked it before I drove home so that is a lesson learned. Besides the man at the register the staff is not friendly at all as usual.
