My family and I go here a decent amount. The food is always amazing and my kids love watching them cook. Tonight they went above and beyond helping with my 1 year old son, who is obsessed with the spicy rice. Not only is the service and food amazing but the staff is beyond perfect. We can’t thank you enough.

We've been coming here for a long time it's definitely one of my favorite places to eat. I will say much service is meh sometimes, but dinner is always great. Tho I will say that most of the time when I get the steak it over cooked I order is rare but when the food is brought to us it is medium instead. Other than that, I absolutely love kio, I go the for any special occasion.

Never would go back to this place! Yes, Nashville area got hit by major snowstorm, but when I just walked in to eat and spend money...7 staff members...no customers...I was there....wanted hibachi...guy sits me down ...no one there spending money...I was asked to wait until more people showed up...really? Icy roads...not many braving the roads tonight...I did...wanted to drop my 50 bucks....guy acted like a total rich snob!!!! Never, buddy....spend my money ever...and this is the nasty review you EARNED!!!!Should have taken my money and let me eat alone...sorry, the place wasn't packed like usual...unbelievable! Rotten service....hope this nasty review was worth walking my money out of the establishment!In response to owner's comments: wasn't offered that option! And if that is what you were having me wait for, it is your responsibility, if you want customers to come back, to explain what you mean...I would have waited 15 minutes...you said I had to wait for more customers!

I love the spicy rice but I hate that when you order to go they use thinly sliced steak presliced..... you order filet for the thickness....

Just as good as any Nashville hibachi! We have eaten there twice and got Shin as our cook both times, he is 100% on everything he cooks. He makes some good spicy rice! Portions are large. Great sushi, beautiful drinks, friendly server. This is going to be a new regular spot for us.

I live in Indiana and I wanted to spend my 44th birthday in Tennessee and somebody recommended this restaurant to me and I really enjoyed myself. The food was good, the service was good and they really made me feel special for my birthday. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant and definitely recommend this restaurant to others. A fun, delightful experience! It was a perfect dinner with a show. I had the steak and shrimp with spicy fried rice and it was amazing! The sale was great and the atmosphere fun! I can’t wait to visit TN again so we can go back!
Koi is always a good idea when you're craving Japanese cuisine. The way they present Hibachi is fun and interesting. All staff are friendly. They had prepared birthday decoration for us, and with birthday cake too. Value for money.Parking: Plenty of space
