Honestly this was ridiculous! I had over 100 items had to scan and bag them myself because no workers were to be found! We had to wait to be help because the machine kept "getting backed up" said the worker when she finally arrived. Then it happened again! Once I got done doing their job for them there was a whole line full of people waiting to scan and pay for their items. One top of that the machine wouldn't take our card that had to be swiped. We had to transfer the money from that card to a different card because the swipe wasn't working. Then finally the one employee had called people from the back and then 4 other people showed up. Its ridiculous that there was no one to help us at the front when I first got there. It should have never gotten that bad. Get employees to do their jobs because we shouldn't have too. When did self check out become mandatory? Because some people like me that is pregnant or with disability shouldn't have to do what you pay people to do.

I gonna complain about Kroger at 109 bypass.I shop there a lot!I been Kroger fan for 2 decades and will continue but I went in today and I wanna scream over 2 cashiers!Im sorry to come threw your line at register 13,I'm serious.From now I will seek someone else.I wasn't gonna dare ask my cashier for extra help.I needed 4 quarters to buy newspaper out of outside vending machine.So I went up to customer service,customer was busy so I notice self check lady wasn't,thought I just ask her.I ask can I have change for a dollar,she says I can get fired for this!I said ok,she said I can do it this one time.I said I don't want you to get fired for helping a customer,she replies,they have fired people over cup of ice here.I did get my quarters from her.I appreciate one's honesty and I'm fully aware of retail and customers but you know what,I don't need to leave my store feeling like a stupid dirty idiot!!I will say I do like the bypass stores deli and produce but maybe I just go to Super Krogers on south side???

I want to personally thank the staff at Kroger Marketplace for taking my shopping cart full of groceries that I left just outside the bathroom today while I made use of the facility and put all of my groceries back on the shelf. I went to the service desk and the person there paged a manager who told him that my cartload had been put back on the shelves. I left without buying anything because I wasn’t about to spend another thirty minutes wandering the store finding all of the items on my list. Thanks for being totally inconsiderate and incompetent.

It's a good Kroger. I have had no problems with anything with except a roaster chicken I purchased couple days ago. I just baked it. 6 lbs. 20min per lb. even some extra to crisp the skin. Basted it with butter and that old bird was so damn tough the skin wouldn't pull off the the meat! Ya couldn't bite through that skin for fear of it snapping back from the tug! The wrapper said Roasting hen. but somewhere that bird must've identified gender to that of a rooster! Haha here we go! Well that old bird should have been boiled for fried rice! Well I'll get the meat hammer on it and salvage what I can. I'll buy pre cut next time. I don't trust that he she poultry. Nope

Great service! Used clicklist again and my order was out in less than 5 minutes from when I pulled up. Got everything I ordered!
I don’t recommend Kroger market place Gallatin click list. 1st placed order for pick up between 11-12 Received message that it’s not going to be ready until between 1-2 get there at 1:45 have to call twice after waiting 20 minutes get home and half of the groceries aren’t there. Screw u Kroger. I’m DONE!!!!

For the most part, this location usually has everything I need to get when I shop. HOWEVER the past 2 times I have gone. I have had the awkward uncomfortable experience of this lady who has purple hair and wears latex gloves. which isn't an issue. what the issue is her talking under her breath about how I stack up my groceries on the conveyor belt and how she "gives up" then talks to me about her personal life. I realize now why no one is usually in her lane. I plan on either avoiding her like everyone else or hopefully this comment can provide some constructive criticism on her lack of customer service.

Sat in click list pick up for 57 minutes and only ordered 7 items. 2 of the 3 cars near me had also been sitting that long. There were 11 cars in line when I left. This has not been the first time but it is definitely the last!!!

Just not answering the phone 45 min before closing? No customer service or manager? I think I lost my wallet there, but no one will pick up any of the department selections. Just rings and rings. That is poor customer service.
