I pulled up to the speaker to order at 11:19 p.m. I was not even greeted until 11:27 I ordered 12 crystals with cheese at 11:41 I assumed it would be hot because I had to wait they were not even warm they were cold cold cold I didn't get a receipt I ordered a drink and I didn't get that either.

Nothing like a good Krystal! This place has been here for almost forever. It is great! The Krystal’s are hot and fresh, staff is very sweet and friendly, and the inside has great a/c. The hot apple pies are amazing and hot as well!

This Krystal location was the first Krystal location I've been to in a long time that didn't have a 30 minute plus wait. The workers were friendly and pleasant and my order was prepared in an expeditious fashion. I am more than pleased with my experience here today.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. They only had 1 lady working. And some lady off the street came in with all kinds of stuff, didn't look clean, walking around behind the counter, and didn't work there. Food was way too salty, biscuits still doughy, bacon and sausage not done, gravy was like water. We ended up throwing it away and going somewhere else. The only positive thing is at least the lady washed her hands before making the food. I use to love going to Krystal's but it seems like you can get 2 different types of Krystal's, Crystals. I complained on the website and this is the response from the GM.

Could have been a busier day than expected....service was very slow, had up to 3 cars sitting on the side after ordering from the window, workers were very slow bringing the orders out to the car, my grandpa could walk faster than them.....

Sometimes I hate needing a Krystal’s fix. Usually buy from here at least once a quarter. Expect the Krystal’s to not be cooked yet, no, ordering ahead in the app doesn’t necessarily help. Aside from the wait times that I now factor into the pickup, the food is usually correct and only once in a few years was not up to expectations.

I give 2 stars for food bc it was hot but everything was thrown together, most of the cheese was in the bottom of the box instead of on the burgers, and some were burnt. The girls working the counter and kitchen were in uniform but there was a young man in filthy street clothes running food out to cars. He kept stopping at a parked car with no lights on. We waited about 25-30mins for a 12pack.
We are new to this area but this is a very sketchy location.

I go to the drive through to order at 11:20 and they tell me that it will be another 20 min before any burgers could be cooked as they just stopped breakfast at 11 LOL. So when does lunch start ???? And why wouldn’t you know how and when to switch over to lunch before 11:30 in the day . Turning customers away one after another for not being able to run the restaurant properly. Terrible service and will never go back . Ridiculous excuse for not doing your job! This Krystal will be shut down before long with that management ! They better do something as this has been the 2 nd time I’ve been told this in a month . Several customers turned away because they did not want to wait another 20 mintues. If lunch is not going to be ready until 12 then state that and let it be known !!! Not a way to run a fast food at all

Uber said my order was ready. Well went in and waited 20min literally! Just didn't get half gallon of tea and they made my order entirely wrong and they had like 7 people in the kitchen! I will under any circumstance go back in this place.
