As many years as I have as a manager in this business, I am still shocked at what I just witnessed. I have NEVER seen such rude hateful employees in my life. ZERO eye contact! They he employee was a shift leader or had some type of management, I was afraid to ask to be honest. He answe the drive thru using these exact words “welcome to Krystal. I will not be taking any more orders until I get out the ones I have” then hit the button so the customer couldn’t even speak back. He took the man’s order that was in front of me. He literally never even look d at the guy. Never a hello, never a word. He just got his order and walked over to the drive thru register to enter said order. Now let’s talk about cleanliness. Immediately upon entering the building it smelt like roach spray. The floors are nasty! Not just in the lobby but in the kitchen area. The milk shake machine was not out together and it is noon on a Friday. The counters in the kitchen were all dirty. I really wanted a Krystal. But after witnessing all of the above, I changed my mind. This place used to be a great place to stop and have a snack or take a bag of Krystal’s home for dinner. Now you couldn’t pay me to eat here. I would love to know who owns this franchise. It sure has done a 360 and NOT in a good way!

Stop there today is Tuesday stopped around 3:15 went in the store the manager had his kids sitting outside on the computer playing which was no problem he gets up from the front and goes to the back to do his job which was to get ice I guess I stood there for 10 minutes and he watched me I never did take my order so I left

We have been going to this krystal for years. The last couple of years it has went way down hill. The food is never fresh, at least 3 times didn't get pickles on any of the 24 krystals I ordered, pulled up to the drive through one day and they had turned the speaker on and someone cussing and talking in the background then acted shocked when they noticed the speaker on. To top it all off my daughter and I decided to go inside to eat and it smelled like a dirty bathroom. We just left and ate somewhere else. We will not be back unless there are drastic changes. Not to mention the prices!! It's just crazy. We have been getting white castle instead.

Dishartning to see Krystal underperform like this. I have been eating here for as long as i can remember. I have been living away from central Tennessee for over 40 years but every time I come back to visit, my first stop is Krystal. I do that religiously. It took less than a minute to receive my order. if they would have been freshly made, that would have been great, but these were sitting in a warmer for who knows how long. By the time i got them home, so soggy they were in-edible. After what I was served last night, I will have to forgo that tradition. Obviously, the pride that is involved in making sure you're paying customers receive a quality product isn't important. Sad..

They do not care about your order. My wife orders something because she’s not able to drive, I work full time. She orders a 4 cheese Krystal’s meal and 2 chicken Krystal’s. Gets absolutely no Krystal’s, a drink, and a small onion rings. How hard is it to read an order ticket. How hard is it to put what we order in a bag? Cmon Krystal’s do better. I say fire all of them and just put up a different fast food place or they actually learn how to run a fast food joint. Looks like you’ve “missed the mark” a bunch of times.

I don't do this but it has to be done this is the absolute worst crystals I've ever been to. They don't care about anything I've been to this establishment several times and it's never right. The bad part about it I'm not a picky person. Going to make this the last time!!!
Bought Krystal burgers at drive through. 3 out of 4 were not even in the bun but sitting in the bottom of the box with soaked buns on top of them. Totally dissatisfied. Could not even eat them. Buns fell apart when I tried to pick them up they were so wet.

If I could leave a negative one I would.I ordered twice tonight on doordash.From this restaurant, each time was a twelve pack of crystals with clear instructions.No, mustard, no onions, no pickles both orders.Two separate orders had mustard, onions and pickles on it.I don't understand how hard it is to make a cheeseburger when the instructions are clearly written on the order.And these are the people that want more than minimum wage.Now, I understand why they don't get it. And apparently nobody knows how to answer the phone here.I called multiple times even after the first order was wrong.I tried to call back when my second order went through to ask them.Please make them right, but nobody answers the phone

I pulled up to the speaker to order at 11:19 p.m. I was not even greeted until 11:27 I ordered 12 crystals with cheese at 11:41 I assumed it would be hot because I had to wait they were not even warm they were cold cold cold I didn't get a receipt I ordered a drink and I didn't get that either.
