Little Caesars Pizza

I asked for a deep dish combination, I was told that's not an option. After the pizza was bought and paid for I double checked the app and it is available but called a supreme. I asked the cashier if I was supposed to call the combination a supreme and he said that I should have..... SMH
And when I got home the pizza was overcooked to a point the pepperoni was charred

Quick and easy delivery with everything perfect, no complaints. Pizzas arrived earlier than expected too.

Store closes at 10pm. I called the store at 9:20pm I live 3 minutes away. I asked if I could place an order and the guy was so rude. He said “ probably not, we close in 25 minutes.” I said yall close at 10 so that’s 40 minutes. He rudely says “ I turn off my ovens in 20 minutes” I have never had a business so rudely deny a paying customer like this.

SO DISGUSTING! Another disappointing round of “breadsticks” more like dough ball!! You can see in the photo the ball of dough that was sat on before they gave it to us. I don’t know where these workers came from, but the lot of them should be fired!

I do not know what is happening. I have called this place 8 times. And the phone goes to a message machine. I do not recommend on a Tuesday night.
This was bad. We didn’t get all our food. It was cold. The dash was rude. Daniel is his name.
Gallatin please relocate little Cesar’s so we can get some better employees in there and it’s not located in the worst possible location. Can’t get in and out. It’s making the service suck.

Hands down the best pizza I have ever gotten from this store!!! Samiria J. Made sure that the order i placed was correct she read it back to me not sure who the cook or cooks were but they know what I wanted and delivered a very good pizza so shout out to all y'all ...

10/9/2024; Initial issue with delivery. Ordered through the Little Cesar's website, driver took 11 min. from gate to door, the distance is 1 - 2 min. at most, I can see the gate from my door. Next, pizza was cold. GM told me that was a delivery concern and not his issue. Next, the pizza dough was not allowed to rise. Consequently the pizza is flat and doughy. Additionally, the pizza is a light beige color, also indicative of an under cooked, poorly proofed pizza. Spoke to the GM. He would not offer a refund and because of the negative interaction and his rude approach, I did not trust the integrity of a pizza he was charged with making. He stated that there was no one other than he who could address my concern. He would not offer more than a 15% refund on a pizza I paid full price for. I have pictures of the pizza, I have pictures of the pizza I threw in the trash, I have a picture of a closed trash can with an under-prepped & cooked pizza. I have paid $23. I have not good to reflect that expense. I will need an immediate refund. I eat or ate at that location at least once or so a week. If the GM I spoke with represents the entire SE region, which he implied, then I need to speak with a national representative. This should have been handled at the store level. It is 8:47 p.m. I am more interested in dinner than dealing with this foolishness. This was an easy resolution. Either happily remake the pizza and not make me feel you'll spit in my pizza or offer my money back. Records will show my regular patronage. Records will also show I will never frequent this location and I will be posting my experience.

I don’t know why it’s so hard to remember my sauces. Every single time I have ordered, I pay for sauce and Caesar dips and every single time, they leave it off the order.

This was the second time I stopped at the Gallatin location and it has been awful both times. In comparison, every time I visit the Lebanon location it is great. Gallatin should find out what Lebanon is doing that's so much better.
