Full disclosure: I ordered delivery from this location (thank you, Door Dash) and the food arrived hot and the drink arrived cold, so thanks to both Little Casears and DD for that.This review is solely about the new Little Caesars Crazy Puffs, so if you've been wanting to try them, here's my take. They're OK. Nothing bad, but I was expecting something lighter and airier (given that "puff" is in the name). The Crazy Puffs are actually really dense, doughy, and heavy. The flavor is good---nice amount of cheese and sauce--and the top and edges of the puffs are nicely browned but when you bite into them, they're just really heavy adn dense. Not what I was hoping for, which is not to say they were not made correctly--they probably were! No shade on this location, as I said the flavor was good, the packaging was on point, and the puffs arrived hot.I'm just pointing out to anyone who was looking for something light and airy (as something named a puff might be), this is probably not what you're looking for. That said, it's an inexpensive menu item, so you might want to try it and see for yourself if you like them. Just thought I'd share my two cents.

I'm not sure what is going on with the fast food places. I ordered two large pizzas. One with cheese and one with pepperoni. I picked this pizza up in Gallatin TN. I arrived home in Lafayette and was pissed to see the cheese pizza was so thin and flat. Live and learn. Great value has stuffed crust supreme for same price at Walmart. That's my new go to place for pizza.

Had a bad service at the store in gallatin.food was not right lead tech want to help. So i will not be going back to that one any more. To many kid working there the lead person do not care about people come in that
Ordered 2 pizzas to go in the store, not online. Waited 45-60 mins for them. Never got our pizzas for my nephew’s birthday & these little boys waiting & hungry …. Just 2 large pizzas…. That’s all! They had given our pizzas away to someone else & left us sitting there that long not telling us. Granted it was very busy but they had loaded pizzas up 5-10 at a time for online customers & completely neglected us. Then they were cold about it…… in actuality….,racist attitudes prevailed. They could care less…. Even the manager! They gave us a refund & that was it! I had gotten so mad at their indifference & hatefulness . So went to Pizza Hut down the street & the lady there was completely opposite! She was an angel & I told her the situation…..COMPLETELY opposite attitude !!!! This spoke volumes because she was older & mature & wiser . Will not go to Little Caesars ever again because this has occurred numerous times!! They were hateful there!Go work somewhere else if you can’t do your job! I’m not forcing you to work there!

If it wasn't for a couple of the males everything at this Lil Ceasars would be perfect but there's a couple of guys that work here that have a not so great attitude they never smile not polite at all other than that it's great food is great prices are affordable and pretty quick
