Down in the area for softball. Great food and service.

I keep giving this place a chance, but I’m finally done with them. My experience today was the worst I’ve ever had in there. Besides the slow service, the sticky table and floor. The waitresses were literally having a verbal throw down that the entire restaurant could hear.
It’s been going downhill for years, but it’s finally reached the bottom. Wouldn’t go there again.

Ms Keyomial served me a perfectly cooked and seasoned lunch sirloin, loaded potato, and green beans. Fresh rolls along with the meal and wonderful service.

Very helpful. I had the pineapple teriyaki chicken. Very delicious

Worst dining experience of my entire life. My fiancé and I walk in to a mostly empty restaurant (for good reasons I suppose). The host on his phone unwilling to greet up and without saying a word grabs 2 menus and sits us in the corner by the kitchen. The table was extremely dirty and smelled musty. When we notified our server that our table was dirty she had my fiancé whip it off (who has a broken finger). We finally moved tables hoping that would be the end of our bad experience but no. I ordered a stake med well and it came out extremely well and tough. My fiancé ordered a steak med and it came out rare it generally looked like the seared the outside and sent it to the table. I’m not sure if it’s because we are young and they thought we couldn’t pay or tip well but I own my own business so customers service is super important to me. If you also value customer service and a good meal I would stay far away from Logans the only positive part of our experience was the rolls.

My fiancé and I decided to go to Logan’s roadhouse to have a dinner date, but oh boy!! As we walk in, the host was on his phone, not paying a bit of attention. Decided he was going to finish what he was doing on his phone before even looking up at us. He then proceeds to walk and sit the both of us at a dirty table!! The server comes over, I point out that the table is unclean and we would like to move, but she assures us she will come clean the table. She comes back with a washcloth, starts to wipe the table down and then asks me to grab the cloth and get the spots she cannot reach… I ask to move tables once again, she moved us to a clean table and takes our order. I ordered a medium well 6 Oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and a side salad. She brings the food to our table and then asks me to cut into the steak to make sure it was cooked to my liking. I wish I was kidding when I say this BUT IT WAS RAW!!! She offers to take it back and have them put it back on the grill? then comes back in 10 minutes and it looks the exact same. I am beyond embarrassed that this has happened and the word disappointed doesn’t even compare to how upset I am.

I'm surprised there still open. We went in to have dinner and we were totally ignored. They seated us and that was it never seen a waitress. We left after 20 minutes of being ignored. Never goi g back!

We were a party of 7. We waited 40 minutes for our food and then it came out cold. Very disappointed.

Coming from someone who lives up north. Food was absolutely disgusting, Ordered a filet and it definitely wasn’t that, Was overcooked & dry! Couldn’t even bare to finish eating! Bathrooms weren’t even clean, I didn’t even feel comfortable to use it because there was shit smeared on the seat. Thinking southern cooking has took a turn at this place.

Ordered filets, the cuts were definitely not filets, overcooked and dry. Fries were not done either. Atmosphere ok, were traveling from out of state and was hoping the “southern” Mac n cheese would have been better!
