I ordered a pizza from Marco's tonight. It was delivered, however it was wrong. I ordered the "all meat", with extra cheese, onions and green peppers. It arrived timely however all it had on it was the extra cheese, green peppers, and onions. I made a call, and spoke with Jordan. He apologized, and said he'd make it right. He did. A new pizza arrived and it was still hot. Thank you Jordan and thank you Marco's. I'll definitely order again!

Called to place an order for delivery. I repeated my address 4 times exactly to the guy, even spelling it out and he still wasn’t paying attention. I love their food, too bad i won’t be ordering from here anymore due to bad customer service. I was going to place a large order too, I guess i’m driving all the way to hendersonville for pizza.

I love using their app to order, they're always friendly and attentive. I really recommend using their app to order and pick up in store to save you time. Otherwise their in store dining room is nice and cleanly. As for their food, I really enjoy their chicken wings and their pepperoni/pineapple pizza.

I LOVE this pizza place! Everything is cooked just right. No raw gooey pile of ingredients that is inedible. NEVER WRONG when delivered. My ONLY COMPLAINT is only ONE WAY TO PAY! I WANT PAYPAL, NOT ME GIVING MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE EXPOSING YOU TO HACKERS OR THIEVES WORKING THERE, LIKE I'VE SEEN AT OTHER RESTAURANTS! PAYPAL OR CASH NEEDS TO BE AN OPTION!!!
We ordered via the app last night. We ordered a large original crust philly, a 10 piece garlic Parm boneless wings, & a cheesy bread. All with sauces. The order arrives, & our large original crust is a medium thin crust. I called the store to be told I would be receiving a call for refund on the pizza, as that was the only issue, today. I have received no calls to make this right. As I love this pizza restaurant, I do not feel I can order again when not only was there issues with crust not being correct, but I also received a pizza smaller than what I was charged for. I kept my receipt as well as copy of my order on the app. Would have loved to give a better rating but paying for a large & getting a medium a long with wrong crust just gives me a bad taste, especially after presumably being brushed off as if it didn't matter. Sorry that's how I see it when the promised call has yet to be made to me.
