The food was delicious. For less than $8 each we were able to select a meat, 2 sides, bread and a small dessert from the specials of the day. The chicken & dumplings and roast beef were flavorful. I loved the fried zucchini. The chocolate chess pie and carrot cake were tasty. Our server was friendly, helpful and fast. Small, country-type of atmosphere.

Mary’s Place is a fabulous, quintessential Southern diner. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous, cooked to perfection (even our special requests like soft scrambled eggs and chewy bacon…perfect), and the coffee cup never empty! The staff is friendly, the servers prompt and attentive, and the cooks on their game. We drove an hour to eat here, and it was totally worth the drive. We will be back to try more!
