The staff is wonderful and so caring! CHASE, ALEX, RYAN, and Shaniya are so friendly and kind to work with we enjoy eating at this location in particular. They all work so hard and checked on us several times while we were eating to offer refills. I have a complicated modified sandwich order and they always get it right!

I have visited this location a few times and the atmosphere is always so welcoming. They have a fantastic gluten free menu! Thank you for that! The staff is so careful to avoid any cross contamination. I wanted to give a big shout out to Makayla! She has such a wonderful attitude and was super helpful explaining the gluten free options! I highly recommend this location!

This McAlister's is always a great option for a quick and delicious lunch. The store seems a little smaller than others, but it's still great at accommodating even a large crowd. The food has been consistently good and have no issues with our orders.

We chose Mcalisters in Gallatin today because I wanted potato salad as a side and not potato chips. We got our order to go and drove 30 minutes home to find no potato salad. Secondly as I neared finishing my sandwich, I noticed mold spores at the end of the bun/roll. I spent over $40 plus a tip and that’s what I got! Called the store back to let them know about the PS and was told I could come back and get the rest of my order. Never again!!!!
