The Chicken Tortilla Soup is incredible and the jalapeño Turkey crunch and the spicy southwest chicken sandwiches are amazing. The front house manager, Kim, was very professional and made us feel well taken care of! Thanks! We will be back

I’m a week out from a total knee replacement, on a walker, we went here for an early supper. I had to use the ladies room. What was I thinking? Apparently that’s where McAllister’s employees hang out in the handicapped stall on their cellphones, yes, I heard music. I had to go. Unfortunately, there’s really not enough room for a person and a walker but I squeezed in. The problem came in standing up. There wasn’t enough room for me to use my walker to stand up and nothing to hold on to to stand up. Now my already painful knee hurts worse. To add insult to injury, the teenager that came out behind me went behind the counter and I heard a lot of laughter. Real mature. I’ll be calling tomorrow to see if there’s an adult that works there.

Restraunt is poorly managed. Not under control. Front of house employees, have zero customer service skills. $50 meal for it to take 1 hour to make. Never coming back.

Your bread is dry and customers service is terrible, my food sat for 10 minutes on the window before they handed it to me, while my food was sitting in the window the crew was horse playing and goofing off, this location is terrible and if I could get a refund I would. You lost me as a customer.

Hot sandwich was cold. Soup flavor was odd. Only thing that’s stayed consistent is the tea. Insanely overpriced. $37 for two people just for the food to be bad.
