Got to say, I thought chick fil a was the only fast food place where you can find workers who always have a smile and are nice. But this McDonald's I got to admit. Is amazing. The staff never fail to be kind, have a smile, and a pip in their step.... Really good job y'all!!

My daughter and I refer to this location as the “BEST MCDONALDS”. The food has been fresh ever. Single. Time. It’s always clean when we take the kids before school. Whoever hires the staff does an excellent job… anyone I have come in contact with has always been super kind, respectful, and just all around great. I know it’s just fast food, but honestly those things all matter to me. This location seriously needs copy and pasted around the country haha

Idk..for brand new the drinks are sketchy. We ordered an orange juice and this was the most watered down mess. Next time all was well until there was a green mushy thing floating at the bottom. Looked like mold. I'm not sure why stuff here is low end. It's brand new. Get it together. This is digusting

We came to this McDonalds on Station Camp this morning for breakfast. Went through drive thru. We all got Egg McMuffins with sausage and cheese. All of them were horrible. The muffins were not toasted. They were not cooked at all. Very doughy. None of our sandwiches were hot. They weren't even luke warm. Cold muffin, cold egg, and unmelted cheese. The sausage was room temperature too. The bottom muffin was dry with zero butter. All of us have been eating Egg McMuffins for years. Every McDonalds puts a little butter on the bottom muffin. They must have patted the egg and sausage dry, because they didn't leave any grease on muffin, which makes it good.Very bad first impression.A. L. /J.D. /W.H. / G. S.

Have been there 3 times since they opened. Once for dinner and ordered a #7 no cheese and no pickels but had cheese and pickels. Second time went to get ice cream Saturday at 7pm. Ice cream machine was broke. Really? You haven't been open a week. Went Sunday morning for breakfast. It took 10 minutes to get my food, they forgot all of my hasbrowns and when I got home the food was cold.

Went through the drive in with my kindergartener this afternoon, about 4:15ish.. all good until I get to the window and ask for extra bbq sauce. The young lady was clearly bothered by the request and told me it would be .27cents for an extra bbq sauce. So I hand her .54cents for 2. Waiting for the extra 2 sauces, I look in the bag and realize the 2 that came with order weren’t in there; only 1 sweet and sour (not ordered) no big deal. While trying to explain I needed 4 (after handing back the non ordered sweet and sour per request from lady) the young lady working the window was extremely aggravated, mocking me, and VERY rude. I asked to speak to the manager. Another young lady came to the window not having a clue how to handle the situation. In the mean time, the initial young lady was behind her blowing kisses at me then preceded to flick me off. The was about 4:25pm. We have never had a customer service problem here. I’m not sure what is going on, or if the expectation level has been decreased to below standard for customer service, but this was absolutely ridiculous and should not be tolerated. To think you have an employee who is on your clock getting paid to treat your paying customers like this?? Possibly need to discuss the “Stay positive” motto on your receipt. I don’t go around getting paid to mock, blow kisses, and flick birds at people. I’d suggest this company doesn’t either. Maybe you all have videos inside your stores. Would strongly suggest to take a look at this one. Surely that is not the type behavior you seek in your store as a public face front. Things I don’t have time for include, This type of behavior spending my money at your establishment to have a rude worker blowing kisses, mocking, and flicking me off. (Who would have thought people actually act this way being paid for customer service 🤷🏼‍♀️)
