I will say this. This place is just nasty inside the building. Nothing is clean when it's slow. The play area is as bad as the done in. I only come since my son wants to play around a bit. But even he doesn't like this location much. Rather go to the locations in Mount Juliet that seem cleaner and more functional in the play area.

There is a certain night shifter that is garbage. I don't know her name, but she always has a terrible attitude. When she's wrong, she just yells that we are wrong. She's screwed up our order multiple times and blamed us. One day, we dined in past 11P.M., and no one said anything to us, but the day that she comes back to work, we get yelled at for being in the lobby past 11P.M. ( I don't know if this is a real rule, but I feel as though there could have been a better way to tell us.) I think that she is the night shift Lead/manager. Poor service on night shift
