I had to drop my review from 4 stars down to two. Because for about the fourth or fifth time, service has not been the greatest. The person that hands us our food is always super friendly and polite, including tonight. And as usual the food is really good. But it's the same, loud woman, who I found out tonight is the night manager. She used to always be very loud, where her other workers were not, I'm guessing that they finally got her to turn the volume down on her headset. She will always start off by taking your order, immediately going over to the next vehicle and taking their order, then coming back to you and asking you to repeat the order at least once since she didn't catch it the first two times because she cut you off to check out the vehicles on the other side of you.The first few times that she did this I just didn't say anything because I figure she's having a few rough nights. The first time I asked her about how she takes orders, she says to me that when you're busy that's just what you have to do to get things done. (So gathering off of that she thinks that you have to ask a person what their order is, and then take the order of three or four other people in the next line before you get back to that person to have them repeat their order.)Tonight when we placed a simple order for a simple 6-piece chicken nugget meal, which I repeated to her twice) she asked if we were using our McDonald's app and I told her yes, she proceeded to take the order of two vehicles in the opposite lane, then two more, before she came back to us and asked us if we were going to use the code.I gave her the code and place the order as quickly as I could, she waited on another person from the opposite lane, then came back to us and asked us to repeat our order. I said again may we please get a six piece chicken nugget meal with a Coke to drink. When I got to her window I asked her name and she asked me" WHY". I let her know that it was for the review on Google maps. She handed me my receipt and said that the person that took my orders name was Kim, so I still don't know if that was her name or if she was just throwing someone else under the bus.When we got our order, we only had the chicken nuggets and a coke. I let them know that we had placed the order for a six piece meal. The girl went to double-check and said that we would need to pay for the fries since the person that took her order didn't put it down as a combo. I have absolutely no problem with that, except that she did have me place the order at least twice. And I also work in customer service and have worked in the fast food industry before and a manager shouldn't ask Why rudely when someone asks for their name . Which to me tells me that she has had people complaining on her before.If I were to be able to know when she wasn't working the window on the nights that my daughter and I decide to have a late night meal, I would absolutely go more often and continue to give rave reviews. But the way she handles her window is it rude and inconsistent to say the least.

I'm sorry but they're manager or the lady at the front window at night sucks at taking orders and just says it's her job, she messes up every order in drive thru and we sat there for almost 10 minutes just waiting for her to take our order, and more than 5 cars got in front of us that got there way after us.

Just came through the drive thru and ordered 3-10 piece chicken nuggets for the kids and family..Had to stop getting burgers there cause they were always raw!!! I called back a couple times and told them!! So I switch to chicken nuggets, and my fries aren’t cooked!!! Had eenough with throwing my hard earned money away for lousy food!!!!! My code number was 1176 .. The lady that took my order was very sweet, she’s been a blessing to that place but the cooks need cook the food!!!!

I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon and cheese and when I got home I bit into the burger just to find out it was RAW not cooked all the way from the inside, I really wish I took a picture of it. I went back and told the manager that my food was raw and asked could she remake it and she didn’t say anything to me she looked pissed that I even said my burger was raw. She then comes back gives me my burger and this was my fault for not checking but when I went to my car I realized it didn’t have any bacon. So I once again went inside and told the cashier my burger didn’t have bacon so she took my burger and added the bacon it was missing. Cashier also looked pissed / annoyed that I even said it was missing my bacon. Honestly not surprised though that they messed up my order bc its Mc Donalds cant expect much but come on now is that what you want your restaurant to be known for ? Sheesh do better this why y’all getting all the bad reviews.
