what the actual heck are these fries. Overcooked but not even hot and zero salt. Why did I pay for a medium and get a small in a medium container??? Also got a Diet Coke paid extra to size up and the syrup/carbonation is so off I’m basically drinking dirty tea. I’ve given this McDonald’s three chances and i think I’m done with it now. You can’t have subpar customer service AND food.
Terrible drive thru they called me sir. Got my order wrong ,laughed , talked to a co-worker through the whole order.. I didn't even pick up my food I drove out of line and left ..rudest service I have had in a while!

Awful service, food was very bland and fries were cold and overcooked. A young man had brought us our food and dumped a mcflurry all over our table and didn't even bother to apologize or help pick it up, we had asked for new fries and he seems to have quite an attitude rolling his eyes and walking away saying nothing. The food was bad and the service was awful will not be coming back.

This is one of those stores where you are encouraged to place your own orders either via the app or the kiosk. They do have 1 register but good luck getting an employee to stand behind it and take your order. Food is good (same quality as any other McDonald's). Orders take longer than usual to come out and then I've had them forget the coffees (another 5 to 10 minutes wait) and then 2 apple pies on a visit through the drive thru. There are 2 other McDonald's in town, both traditional restaurants with cashiers. I'll more than likely utilize those rather than return to this one.

Burger was partly raw and fries were barely cooked. When I mentioned fries were not cooked correctly I hear a voice in the background they were cooked. Well no they were not. Food was not good and will not be going back.

I would highly recommend eating at this McDonald's! I visit here for breakfast and lunch and the food is always hot and fresh! The atmosphere and environment is very welcoming! The employees are very friendly! Thank You, for your excellent food and Great Customer service!
