The team at the Gallatin O’Charley’s were professional and friendly. Timing on everything - drinks, food, check - we’re just right. And they have the French dip back!

Ate at O' Charley's yesterday evening (Jan. 9th). The young man who waited on us checked back often to see if we needed any thing & we appreciated his service.

We both got the Smash Burger with fries & it was great.

The chicken strip dinner was terrible. The chicken strips were very small. They were dry & really didn't have any flavor. O Charley's used to have the best strips of any restaurant. KFC & Hardee's have better strips. The quality of your food is not up to par. 2 people iny home had these dinners & she felt the same way.

Me and my friends went here after seeing the movie What a Wonderful Life it was filmed I want to say in the 1940s and it is an absolute amazing movie but also this place right here is fantastic I've actually never been until that night and it was phenomenal💖 the atmosphere the service and the food is great and I highly recommend coming here for lunch or for dinner or if they even serve breakfast that part I have no idea about

Vaso I want to say please give your life to Jesus Christ he's the only guy that has ever saved Humanity from sin he is the only God that died for us on that cross for our sins to give us forgiveness he is the only God that was risen by the father to give us life he is the only guy that was born perfect of no sin but became sin for us he's the only guy that had teachings like that that Treaty of people like he did that love people like he did he's the only guy that did the Miracles that he did he's the only God to walk on water he's the only God that we have ever had in this world there has never been a god before or after Jesus Christ he is the one and the only he is your lifeline he is your way home so the way back he lived the way that he taught how he loved how he treated people the way that he died in the way that he rose he is reliable and trustworthy put your faith and put your trust in him

The greatest restaurant in every way the food service and friendly atmosphere made our time absolutely amazing. Ask for Marlie she was the greatest server and bar tender very bubbly and new her job to the fullest. She was on the ball with our food and all our needs. Thank you a great dining experience

Took my mother lunch for her birthday. Food and service was excellent. She enjoyed her birthday lunch.

Try the meatloaf. It's wonderful.

Alrighty so 55.00 for 2 app combos and Cajun chicken pasta. 1st ordered for curbside, only be to served 15 minutes later than the time quoted in the app. 2nd no honey mustard in one combo platter and 2 marinara in the other. 3rd over cooked and hard as a damned rock as to what I'm assuming are the chicken tenders. not that whoever in management sees this or gives a rats ass but I will not order from this location ever again or from the any other franchise in this area period. You charge way too much to be served the bullshit quality food I'm expected to eat today and frankly it's not worth the time or effort to drive all the way across town.

Horrible atmosphere. Food comes cold, if you ever get it. Takes about a hour to get food after being seated. Manager Mike is rude and doesn't care about his customers or employees. They never keep help. Not a recommended location for good food or fast service. Roaches on the walls. This location needs a corporate visit Asap. Don't recommend.

Waited for an hour before food came out. Was told 20% off of a $50 order. Only got 5 dollars off. That's 10%. Waited 20minutes for a glass of water. First time going in a few years. Definitely not going back.
