Took my mother lunch for her birthday. Food and service was excellent. She enjoyed her birthday lunch.

Try the meatloaf. It's wonderful.

Alrighty so 55.00 for 2 app combos and Cajun chicken pasta. 1st ordered for curbside, only be to served 15 minutes later than the time quoted in the app. 2nd no honey mustard in one combo platter and 2 marinara in the other. 3rd over cooked and hard as a damned rock as to what I'm assuming are the chicken tenders. not that whoever in management sees this or gives a rats ass but I will not order from this location ever again or from the any other franchise in this area period. You charge way too much to be served the bullshit quality food I'm expected to eat today and frankly it's not worth the time or effort to drive all the way across town.

Horrible atmosphere. Food comes cold, if you ever get it. Takes about a hour to get food after being seated. Manager Mike is rude and doesn't care about his customers or employees. They never keep help. Not a recommended location for good food or fast service. Roaches on the walls. This location needs a corporate visit Asap. Don't recommend.

I went to the O-Charlie’s Green Restaurant.

Waited for an hour before food came out. Was told 20% off of a $50 order. Only got 5 dollars off. That's 10%. Waited 20minutes for a glass of water. First time going in a few years. Definitely not going back.

I haven’t been in a while to Ocharleys but everything was good but the chicken tenders I got didn’t taste like I remember sorry. They tasted like old grease.

Well, my chicken tenders were fresh, okra fresh, sweet potato's not sweet enough. All in all, my food was a 2 stars. My boyfriend got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Looked delicious, but for some reason, he just didn't like the bun. It turned into a grilled chicken bacon ranch salad. The french fries were not fresh. Hailey was, tbh a decent waitress. I'm beginning to think this is why O'charleys os going out of business. Hmm 😒

Food and service is great. Only thing I could complain about is it seems the portions have lessened a good amount. Unfortunately this is the case many places.

Idk if it's the workers or management, but there's ALWAYS an issue. I know Fridays are busy and I empathize with the rush, but that's not an excuse for half my order to be wrong EVERY time I order.

Place was dirty.

Because the service was good and pretty quick, I almost hate to give this place 3 Stars. Unfortunately, when I got my Catfish Dinner, the taste and texture were extremely disappointing! Quite frankly, it was the worst I've ever had .., but not so bad I couldn't eat it.

I think I could go back to this location, but I'll, for sure, order something else.

Oh, I'm not a fan of their Appetizer menu. This is one of the few places I've been to -- and I've been to a LOT of places -- where I couldn't find SOMEthing to like.
