I went through the drive-through and got a bigger plate. One of my entrées was the broccoli beef, and unfortunately I got the short straw and had a lot more broccoli than the three pieces of beef that was on it. I don’t complain much, but I called the store and told Hunter about my order. Hunter was really quick to apologize and gave me a free order of the broccoli beef to make up for it.

The food was disgusting there is roaches crawling in there as well. I asked for a teriyaki chicken had no flavor and it was burnt worst place ever I would never recommend this to anyone.

Not sure of his name, young Asian guy; HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! ALWAYS ARGUMENTATIVE!!

When a guest asked for something fresh, it’s usually because they’ve had a bad experience in the past! When the employee states that it “just came up” most guests don’t believe it because of past experiences.

Instead of you rolling your eyes and going back and forth, you could have just asked for the product from the kitchen. Nathan, I believe is his name, was the manager should have been up front and the other guy in the back! This is at least the second time this exact situation has happened with THIS team member!

I am not going to argue with you about me spending my money! This kid is running guests off! There are several choices, even though it’s a further drive. We decided to leave, moving forward, if I see him in the restaurant, we will just go elsewhere!

It’s not worth it and he’s bad for business!

4.5 hours until close I placed an online order and was told the cooks just didn't want to make any more rice or teriyaki chicken after I showed up to pick up my order and I'd even gotten a text it was ready. Told them I wanted a refund and they acted like they didn't even know how to do that. The manager was sitting in the corner playing on her phone not wanting to help resolve my issue.
