Went to the drive through. Had to wait for to Sweet Fire chicken. Okay, fine. Pulled forward and waited a long time. No one came out with my order so I went in. They said they forgot about it. That is the second time that has happened recently. Our entire three plates were all cold.
To make matters worse, when I got home I found that they forgot to give me the eggroll I ordered--that has happened before as well. I did get a ton of mustard though.
And notice that there seldom is a response here to any of the poor reviews? They just don't seem to care....
One star because this wasn't the first time this happened.

I came here today through the drive through… ordered a plate which is 2 entrees and a side added a large drink and an egg roll! They left out the orange chicken and counted an egg roll as an entrée so when my daughter went back in to let them know that the orange chicken was missing the employees argued with me because they obviously cannot count and then when one of them who could do, the math went back and called, the manager told me that they could not do anything except give me the orange chicken For the $9.80 plus the six dollars I had to pay for the orange chicken! Not only do the employees not have brains. They are extremely rude, and that is why they already have the lowest rating of any panda express I have seen! I was done being argued with and embarrassed inside of the restaurant that I said I would follow up with corporate! I will never eat at this place again

The service as usual was great, however, tonight the fried rice was extremely dry having tiny bits of egg, the orange chicken was mostly hard & grisely, and the 2 chicken egg rolls were overly burnt, looking as if they were fried multiple times. We were extremely disappointed and unfortunately will not be back.

Went at 5pm, all entrees available when no waiting. Fresh and yummy! Sometimes when we go later, a lot of the selections are empty and it's a 5-10 minute wait for then to cook it while the rest of your order gets cold. Had a reward coupon for a free Panda Bowl that was great!

I was pleasantly surprised. I honestly didn't expect fastfood Chinese to be very good, but I was with someone who wanted to give it a try. I had fried rice with the bourbon chicken, the orange chicken and the honey sesame chicken. The bourbon chicken was excellent. The orange chicken was good and I didn't care much for the honey sesame chicken. I also tried an egg roll... Nope... I can't recommend that at all . Still, I will probably return in the future for the bourbon chicken. ??
