I went through the drive-through and got a bigger plate. One of my entrées was the broccoli beef, and unfortunately I got the short straw and had a lot more broccoli than the three pieces of beef that was on it. I don’t complain much, but I called the store and told Hunter about my order. Hunter was really quick to apologize and gave me a free order of the broccoli beef to make up for it.
We walked in at 9:15 pm tonight and they were out of orange chicken, which we all wanted. To our pleasant surprise they offered to make another batch for us. We were happy to wait the 10 minutes to make that happen. They were professional and courteous and helpful and as they were also preparing to close for the night I just want to extend our gratitude for their wonderful service. All of our food is hot and delicious and it satisfied a craving so well. Thank you!
Went at 5pm, all entrees available when no waiting. Fresh and yummy! Sometimes when we go later, a lot of the selections are empty and it's a 5-10 minute wait for then to cook it while the rest of your order gets cold. Had a reward coupon for a free Panda Bowl that was great!
